Dear Asda,Since you refuse to answer complaints with anything other than generic answers that change nothing I thought I'd write it on here instead.This shop is a shambles.For the last few weeks every time I've been I've had to go hunting for a basket.Have you stopped employing people to move them back to the place where people come in?The fresh baked cakes and doughnuts are all mislabelled and when I asked one of your employees which was which she just laughed and said they were in the wrong place. Then she went back to doing what she was doing without changing them over. These have got allergens on them!!!The shelf stackers leave pallets and cages in the way of shelves and fridges so you can't get to anything. They also walk straight towards customers so you have to move out of the way to stop yourself getting run over.And whoever that bloke in the shirt is. I assume a department manager since he's in jeans most of the time. I actually think he's aiming for me, dragging that pallet behind him. What's his problem? I didn't think you were supposed to take pallets on to the shop floor. Maybe that's changed.Today I managed to buy some tobacco from the "customer service" /tobacco kiosk without ever hearing the woman behind the counter say a word to me. Please, thank you, hello. All acceptable.The just essentials bacon. In the last month I've bought some and it's quite nice for cheap bacon. But I had no idea how much it was because there is no price on the fridge. They've even restocked the shelves and still not bothered. Some people need to add up their shopping as they go. I thought I'd have a look on the app when I got home. It's not even on there. Am I to assume this is free?The food is fine from here. Just the usual supermarket products but the way they run the place is laughable.Just be ready for it when you go

Shop not bad. Agree with previous review. Absolutely terrible café. Can hardly buy anything because it’s all sold out by midday even though it’s empty, when you do buy food it’s dreadful it’s either undercooked overcooked, soggy or like cardboard. Don’t know why I bother coming here Have been to other Asda Cafes, and none of them are as dreadful as this one

Used to be a great Asda but is very poor these days. Shelves are often not well stocked. Went middle of Friday morning and no pancakes in the bakery section, only a few baguettes, just a few fresh loise buns. Quite iften see food out of date in the chiller cabinets but no one around to show it to. Only 2 tills open, not enough staff on self checkout, no one to help staff on tills when there was a problem. Will be shopping at Aldi round the corner in future!

There’s never any baskets near the entrance, when I go shopping I want to be in and out as soon as possible I don’t want to have to go searching for a basket because they are to lazy to move them from the tills.Not good.

People need to boycott asda if they follow the route of the 86 others and go cashless we should be given the choice cash or card ??

If you shop there at 6pm on a Saturday, expect chaotic empty shelves, products alongside incorrect pricing etc. it looks like a store after the country’s been told to expect the end of the world. They seem chronically under staffed which would explain the condition of stock on the shelves. Key to maximum profits is to keep everything ordered and well stocked. This is massively lacking here. It’s a big store, and from a customer perspective during peak times has big problems. And I bought a whoops priced item that went out of date the day before. Amazingly poor. The check out staff are excellent though and really helpful.

It's average. Booze low stock . Fruit very not ripe. Banana need another 2 weeks to ripen up. Not good
The litter in the car park doesn’t reflect favourably on the store. You are left wondering about the cleanliness in the store.

I was assisted by a very helpful young assistant tonight, very professional and patient with me at the self checkout. Sadly I did not get his name but I wanted to commend him as an excellent at ambassador for your store. I visited around 7.45pm on 7th Dec so I hope you can check the rota to find out who he is.

Went and done my shopping thismorning to find a packet of macain paprika fries in the fresh aisle out of date by 5 days ! Dated 21st November when this was voiced to a member of staff who rechecked the date put them back and said I will notify someone whom then the person they notified still left them there, I've worked with some simple staff before but surely a large company like this would make sure that ALL staff should know to remove items from sale immediately unfortunately this is not the first this has happened I'm seriously rethinking of where I should shop !

I just carnt say how bad this shop is....the shop is rammed and there's 2 check outs open!!!the manager should be ashamed.its the last place i would shop but i was working right next to it so give them another chance ......... but they failed
