Food was over an hour late. When it arrived it was cold and items were missing. I called the restaurant who apologised but didn’t offer any refund or offer to deliver the missing items. They told me all of their customers were saying the same thing!!! The food was actually tasty but just a shame we didn’t enjoy it as we should have-hot, on time and complete. Deliveroo were no help either. Tried calling the restaurant back to explain that Deliveroo wouldn’t help and to ask them for their help instead, they ignored my call.

Ordered 2 burgers, loaded fries, curly fries and wings. Delivery driver was very quick but when we opened our order a burger was missing we rang and asked for it to be delivered they said they could refund us but then said they couldn’t also said they could give us a voucher but we explained we wasn’t from the area and we wasn’t gonna be ordering again as we have only come for the weekend. They come up with multiple excuses on why it couldn’t be delivered which it was the most expensive thing off our order we placed an order worth £33!!!! Told me they would ring back in 10 mins but 25 minutes gone and left 3 miss calls we haven’t heard anything back on our missing item.

If I could give negative starts I would! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.We've ordered from them multiple time in the hopes they would improve and they never do. Every time we'd order a burger we request no cheese on one because of my partners dietary requirements. And EVERY. TIME. They come covered in cheese. Whenever I've called to restaurant to sort things they say they'll "remember my name for next time and make a correct one" rather than just send a correct one ASAP when we live a 10 min walk from the place!Don't even bother with this place!! There's way better take aways and restaurants in Lancaster anyways.

Avoid like the plague.Gave me food poisoning. Figured it'd be better than McDonald's for a weekend treat... I was so wrong.Food arrived 2 hours late, first called the restaurant after 30 minutes late and was told the delivery driver was leaving as they spoke to me.Tried to call back 5+ times in the next hour and they refused to pick up. Not sure why they lied about the delivery.When food finally came, it was room temperature. Chicken tenders covered in sauce had clearly been sat for a while as they had turned to mush, so not crisp at all and the breading falling to pieces in the sauce. Burger was okay but not a lot of taste or flavour, seriously underseasoned.Loaded fries had chillies in despite me ordering them with no chillies, fries mushy so only ate a few. 2 hours after consumption I suffered food poisoning so vomiting and the rest of it.Not sure why the food is so expensive when it's so poor.

Horrendous. Wait time said up to 35 minutes. After over 2 hrs, multiple phone calls (one in which I asked for an email to complain to which I got hung up on) and the owner delivering my 'fresh' food I thought finally I had something to eat. But the food was cold and soggy and just not very appetising (plus a missing drink) I tried calling again to ask about a refund but was told I would have to wait for the owner to return, was told 10-15 minutes. It has now been 45 minutes and no call from the owner. I spent £26 on this order so not cheap. Not happy with the food, service and the way I have been treated and ignored.

Waited nearly 2 hours for the delivery, delivery time changed twice.Eventually managed to get through to the restaurant on the telephone which was a complete waste of time.5x they asked our order to be told we only ordered it 10 minutes earlier which was a li.They then advised us that the order was ready but they didn’t have a driver, they were trying to find 1 suffice to say we cancelled the order and will not order again.
