Called on the off chance I'd get a table.I was left speechless by the quality and taste of the food. Absolutely outstanding. Food all made fresh on site, staff and service perfect. Best Italian I've ever tasted. Nothing else has ever come close.

I've been here a couple of times now on my trips back to Lancaster and it's been fantastic. I've only been in for lunch, having the panini's, coffee and wine so far but the flavour from them is lovely. Proper Italian meats and Gorgonzola. They clearly are using very good ingredients. On top of that the service was excellent.

We have dined at this fine establishment this evening, the pizzas were delicious and the was a very large variety of them. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was friendly inviting and warm best food I ever placed on my tongue.

Absolutely stunning little restaurant, atmosphere was lovely and the servers were lovely. Food was absolutely divine, we had both specials for the starters and the pasta for main was so flavourful. All around lovely experience for a date night!

Went to celebtate my partners birthday in Lancaster and booked to stay overnight in a hotel close by and thought Buccellis would be a good choice for a nice romantic meal. Inital thoughts were that the atmosphere was cold and we when we were directed to our table it was very small and the table was wobbly.The menu did not offer Garlic bread but we adapated and asked forPlenty of garlic on a £11 plain pizza as a starter which they agreed to however charged an extra £1 for the garlic!We also ordered 2 pasta dishes which the waiter warned us how that carbonara was cooked is a roman traditional way which sounded nice but when this arrived it was cold. When we told him it was cold he explained this is how the Romans carbonara is cooked. I advised had I been told it would be served cold i would have chosen something else.When the bill arrived we explained we were very dissatisfied and would not be paying a pound for garlic on the £11 pizza and also due to having our special night ruined we were prepared to pay for our drinks and the 1 main course my partner had however they declined this and they pretended to call the police ! Never in my life had i been so upset then we were told us we would have to pay for everything including the cold carbonara that was returned uneaten.Absolutely awful. evening ruined which was meant to be a special night away and they not once offered a heartfelt aplogy...

Me and my partner went for a date night, overall we weren't disappointed but I felt there were areas that could defo be improved. Firstly when we entered it was noticeably cold, in fact the whole evening I never took my coat off. Secondly the price of the food for what you get was bit shocking. We paid £8 for a slice of bread with some tomatoes on it, and I paid an extra £2 for some mozzarella and got a few pieces not even proper slices. The mains were the best part, we both enjoyed out meals but I would just mention that the carbonara could of done with some more bacon, think I counted around 8 pieces. The food is nice but if you are going to charge those sort of prices I expect more.
