Wow! After Just Eat hadn’t delivered our £80 worth of food and had us waiting for just under 3 hours we were all understandably quite frustrated… However the gentleman on the phone took our complaints into carful consideration, understood our concerns and had our entire meal re-cooked! He also rang us back to apologise and let us know he had another Just-eat driver come to the restaurant and it was on its way to us! He had even left us a bottle of wine as an apology. Despite the confusion…and hanger, the food was genuinely fantastic! You can tell they value customer satisfaction with how we were treated in this incident, as a lot of companies would’ve had us take the complaint up with just eat and have it refunded. In conclusion Marcos is very underrated and I would highly recommend! Bravo ??

Gutted the restaurant has now closed but more then happy they are still providing takeaways. One of my favourite Italians.

Visited here again, it is ok, very average, the pasta sauce was quite meaty tasting, which was surprising for a tomato based sauce. It was an arrabettia sauce, but very little meat and just filled with baby tinned tomatoes.

Food excellent service diabolical, mains came before starter, had to chase staff for drinks and dessert menu then never came to take the order. Bill had other diners meals on it. Very disappointed because the food was excellent.

I've eaten at Marcos a number of times over the years starting before lockdown. It has been and still is one of my favourite places to eat when visiting Lancaster. The service is amazing and could be the setting for a northern "First Dates"

We were a table of 6, good food however we’re very rushed when we came in to order drinks and food. Has barely sat down and they were asking us. Wife pizza was burnt, 3 people looked at it questioning whether to deliver it or not - they did and then offered a replacement. Other than that good service and food which was well priced

Every thing was pleasant. Female staff welcoming and helpful. However male staff came across less warming. Overall a good experience.

Visited for my Mum's birthday: prawns are cooked from frozen, tomato sauce tasted like Heinz soup, Stilton mushrooms weren't really up to scratch. The waiter asked how they were, I told him politely and he discounted them, politely, and double checked the rest of our meal and experience.Lobster ravioli was great, baked salmon penne was good.Interior looked lovely, wine was tasty. £62 for wine and 4 plates.

Delicious pizza, so nice to get veggie options that aren't the same old kinds everywhere does. Desserts good too. Lovely friendly service, and fun atmosphere for a Sunday night.Vegetarian options: Great veggie pizza, not the tired old predictable ones, and really really well made.

Starters were really good main course lasagna was terrible and had to be sent back garlic bread wasn't much better, were not offered the option of ordering a different main course, tables and chairs are really uncomfortable. The waiting staff seemed to ignore us we had one drink the whole meal and we had to ask 3 different people for the bill so we could settle up and leave
