Went in for the happy hour deal, and free kids meal. For the price and size of the spaghettis we all had, very good. Very tasty and fresh. Would recommend for the happy hour and with kids. The waitresses were so nice and accommodating to us, and very good with the kids.

On arrival everything seemed nice, we were quickly seated and a round of drinks was brought over straight away. We ordered a garlic bread for starters which took 45 minutes to arrive. That's right, 45 mins for one garlic bread! The mains took another 45 mins to arrive, and at this point we were fed up and already finding the experience frustrating. So, onto the mains. We had to send the lasagne back because it was cold in the middle. So....it occurred to our group that the lasagna was microwaved from chilled and likely the rest of our food. I really don't understand how it took so long for microwaved food to arrive. There are either a team of chefs that struggle to operate a microwave or there's just one person on the job. Whatever the excuse is, it's not a good look for a restaurant trying to pass itself off as an authentic Italian cuisine. It's a shame, I was looking forward to going to Molly's and now I'll be avoiding it like the plague, but if you like waiting a very long time for microwaved food then pop on down.

Incredible let down after coming once every year for 2/3years. Staff cannot be bothered to quieten down loud gobshites on the other table, it's always empty when we come I guess that is why. Rude waiter calls me male despite me not attempting to look so, which happens more frequently than it should in these places. Food was fine other factors mentioned ruined. I don't think we will be back. Had enough of being disrespected because I don't fit a man's ideal image of what a woman is supposed to look like

Inexperienced staff on arrival table not ready staff annoyed that 7 for table instead of 6. Just complete unfriendly experience and as a local I’d have to think twice to recommend and go again . My family I was with would not return . Food took ages to arrive , staff took forever for drinks order it just wasn’t good enough. Disappointed on this occasion sadly.

The food was great - the pizza is huge and the Affogato was delicious. The staff were really friendly and the tables are well spaced, which was good to still see. The prices are reasonable too and the ladies' toilets were very clean.

Ate here for the first time last night and it was awful. We had the meat platter sharing starter, meatballs were dry, ribs smelt funny, chicken wings weren’t crispy at all. Like it had all been Reheated in the microwave. The mushrooms and dough balls were nice though. For mains we had meatballs, they were bland, the sauce was like tomato purée and tinned tomatoes, I had sautéed chicken, the potatoes and the sauce were nice, chicken was dry and didn’t taste right, the veg was like mush it was that over cooked. To add insult to injury I woke up in the night with sickness and diarrhoea and I’ve felt ill since. We were offered free drinks on a next visit when we spent over £70. Just not good enough, won’t be going again.

We ate in Mollys tonight, no joke, the food was 100%, it was delicious, I obviously tried all the dishes my family ordered, and they were all perfect. The bill wasn’t too bad too. The staff were great, and we all enjoyed our evening in Mollys, we will be definitely going there again. There’s a car park behind Mollys, it’s not there’s, so this is in no way a dig at Mollys, but be warned it’s got a camera… 10/10 Mollys.

I didn’t think I would ever use the line: this is not well done, it’s congratulations to the chef…. The steak I ordered costs £22 and was supposed to be medium-rear - was served after having been sitting on the grill for much longer than it should have. We had 4 identical steaks on the table - all 4 were more than well-done, when all 4 were ordered medium-rear. After asking for another steak, I was served an adequately cooked steak with a large hair on top of the mushroom that comes with it. Steak was deducted from the bill but would never recommend this venue.On the positive side - interior is nice and cozy, waiters are friendly. Sad to see the kitchen letting this place down…

Food took over an hour to arrive, they just forgot about our table didn’t talk to us or tell us why, I had to go and ask for it in the end when she said oh yeah it’s in the kitchen. Some excuse that clearly wasn’t true. Almost missed our train. Had to get it to take away so that we didn’t miss our train which was over an hour and a half after we arrived. Couldn’t get a pudding because there was no time. £18 each, worth it?
Ordered a medium rare steak but got a very well done one with hair in it.It would be better to go to Macdonalds. I would not recommend going there if your life depends on it. It’s expensive and bad food.

We haven't been here for a few years and gave it a try, I got a spicy pasta with mushroom and peppers, when the dish arrived there was a big plate of pasta( to much to eat) hardly any pepper 2 tomatoes a couple of mushrooms and there was no spicy kick. My wife's was the same. While the waitresses where texting on there phones , didn't seem to care. I will be leaving the place alone now

Popped in with friends on the off chance we could get in! First ever visit to Lancaster for us so weren't sure what to expect? 6 people with each of us having a different meal. Not one item was left on the plates all devoured enjoyingly mmmmmmm Staff (Especially Jasmine) were very welcoming with a friendly attitude (Apart from the miserable man with ginger hair and a beard!) Surprised the restaurant wasn't at least in the top 20 of restaurants within the City? Would definitely recommend and would visit again on any future trips
