UPDATED:Lost two stars after the worst kebab I've had for a while. Dry meat. Around seven bits. Brown lettuce and pickled (?) which soaked the pitta bread turning it to mush.The chips portion was huge but they were soggy. The chocolate pudding was a good size and tasted ok but the custard was missing.This place has gone downhill a lot since my last try. Won't be trying again.Nice food and good portion sizes. Loses one star simply for things that could be done so much better. The Philly cheese steak sandwich is very tasty but the cheese sticks to the wrapper. The chicken and waffles is so nice too but maybe put the maple syrup in a tub so the waffle stays crisp as it doesn't soak it all up. Wasn't a fan of the Mac and cheese last time. A bit bland. American style though I think so maybe that's why. It's just these sorts of things that could be improved since you pay a little more but overall I enjoyed it. Bring back the pecan pie. It's always been sold out when I've tried to buy it and now it's gone.

This is not in a great location and upon arrival I had several doubts about the quality of this place however this all disappeared as soon as I interacted with the staff and obviously when I got home to eat the food. The staff were really friendly and even offered to bring the food out to my car so that I could wait in my car. When I got home, I thought the packaging was brilliant specifically the burger boxes as this made sure the burger was kept hot and nothing could crush the burger. We tried two of the burgers, the pulled pork dirty fries and a garlic bread and the food was brilliant. The sauces were fully of flavour and the food itself was very tasty and looked like it had been made carefully and not just chucked together. I will definitely be using this place again ! I recommend the blue cheese sauce and the maple bourbon bbq.

This used to be the best place to get Pizzas from in Lancaster, but recently when Ive ordered pizza from the the base is really soft and floppy. Either they're not being cooked long enough, or the amount of greese oozing into the base just makes it all soft and floppy. My guess is the first. Don't know if they have a new cook or its new management, but was let down last couple of times. The topping are still great tasting, but it was the base that was a big let down.

We have used this take away for so so long and it was the best around . The smash burger was inedible . Seemed to be made with really cheap grissly burgers and I couldn’t eat it . My partner ordered a panini which ended up on a baguette ( had we had known would have had something different) the brownie was so so dry . All in all just so disappointed. For the price of it , was an absolute waste Won’t be using again in future

We placed an order at 20:33pm… 22:32pm and we are still waiting for our order. Unfortunate as the food we have had previously has been pretty good, but sadly today just very hungry!

All in all, was not a bad meal. Food was all hot, and well presented. Chips were a mixture of either perfectly crispy or soggy! Burger was unfortunately super dry and needed to be drowned in sauce to be edible. Wings were good and the cookie dough was great. Possibly might be back again, but not for the burger.

These are the “gourmet hot dogs”. Nasty part baked baguettes which are somehow both over-cooked and under-cooked at the same time. Looks and tasted like the kind of thing you’d knock up in your own kitchen when you’re drunk or hungover and makes you feel ashamed after eating. You get 1 star for the chips with cheese and gravy which were a solid 5/10. I hate writing bad reviews but this was really really horrible.

Ordering on a busy Sunday I was pleasantly surprised when my meal arrived far earlier than the website estimated. The burger I ordered was not the best, but if you stick to the more reasonable menu items you should be good. The chips were excellent, easily beating out other fast food chips (and some chippy chips honestly).One of the items from my order was missing, and when I called them to let them know, they confirmed they were already aware and had dispatched the forgotten item before I called: They must have been telling the truth since the missing meal arrived only about 10 minutes after the first delivery.Excellent food, excellent service, I would rate the price as “restaurant” level, and overall I had a great experience.
