“Five x last minute date night due to getting married on Easter Saturday though we have a nice meal . Didn't book . We went 6,pm got seated and and drinks and meal with lovey staff very helpful as I forgot my glasses . Lucky they had a spare pair . Food atmosphere staff and hotel owner lovely . After Just Eat hadn’t delivered our £80 worth of food and had us waiting for just under 3 hours we were all understandably quite frustrated… However the gentleman on the phone took our complaints into carful consideration, understood our concerns and had our entire meal re-cooked! He also rang us back to apologise and let us know he had another Just-eat driver come to the restaurant and it was on its way to us! He had even left us a bottle of wine as an apology. Despite the confusion…and hanger, the food was genuinely fantastic! You can tell they value customer satisfaction with how we were treated in this incident, as a lot of companies would’ve had us take the complaint up with just eat and have it refunded. In conclusion Marcos is very underrated and I would highly recommend! Bravo ??”

“The food is delicious and fresh. The food service times are quick. The staff are highly polite and friendly. The hot drinks from the caffe bar are good quality and the staff go the extra mile to make sure the food and drinks are presented nicely. “Pizza was delicious however very very expensive. Large Sharer was meant to serve two however would absolutely feed three. Box was arranged for leftover pizza to take away.Food was ordered through QR code so very little interaction with waiting staff.Ice cream factory was not working so alternative desserts were arranged.Large selection of drinks available through the bottomless cup.Family of four 2 adults 2 kids. £70-£80Parking: Arrived after 9pm so lots of space. Would imagine would be busy during day.Kid-friendliness: Games sheet for kids to complete whilst eating”

“Ordered a pizza this evening and for some reason there was an issue so it took over an hour an a half. However they were very apologetic and sent some free stuff to make up for it. And it was a fantastic pizza when it arrived. Usually they are much faster, but on this occasion something went bad, and they showed excellent customer service to fix it.Recommended.”

“My favourite place ever. Comparable to Paris' Eiffel tower in terms of its importance to Lancaster. The nauseous green colour and the dirty seats have such charm and charisma. The writing of ingredients on the wall is seriously gallery worthy in its artistry. The people there seriously make it. Absolutely none of them want to be there and they really clearly let you know which I have to respect. Big shout-out to my favourite worker Amir! He is the main man and the biggest name in Lancaster - that man loves a Monday night at vibe. The food itself... Just no words can properly describe the experience. The curly fries are world class, absolutely straight out of the fryer, burning hot with incredible seasoning. I don't know what crack they put in those fries but I need it. I just love pizzetta - it's not just a place, it's a way of life and one I will never forget”
