Hardly put any filling in side the subs compare to the other subways in lancaster put about 2 onions when u ask for onions and hardly any sauce very bad subway this one avoid

Absolutely useless. Takes them about 20 minutes to serve one customer and they don't even acknowledge that you've been waiting there for so long which is extremely poor customer service. I've tried to get a sandwich from here three times now and have never managed it, they're too busy taking and making orders for delivery and just ignore the customers in store. I think 40 to 50 minutes is too long to wait for a sandwich.

Regularly out of products and the boxes for salads. Opening hours state closes at 10pm, regularly closes before this. Just been on my way home from work at 5.30pm....closed. Use another is my advice.

Ordered a platter with cookies for a work meeting, delivered on time and so good nothing was left. Would highly recommend, great customer service.
2 STARS GO TO... Subway! For the first time in Subway experience. It says opens at 7am,but when I got there - only serves cold sandwiches until...(staff not sure as they need to prep everything to make hot sandwiches).
