Don't waste your time, second time we have ordered and the food is always so late and the fact shes rude to you and lies on the phone that it's going to be 10 mins and it's always an hour later than that and then gives you a big life story, I don't care we just want the food! it's ashame because the food isnt that bad, as I said it's the second time this has happened so I wouldn't ordered again and I recommend you don't waste your time.

Went to their food stall today and had a chicken/korma and kebab combo wrap. It was absolutely delicious and I definitely reccomend it. The guys running the stall were really lovely too and the prices were very reasonable.

Was almost an hour late, the onion bhaji were stodgy and seemed old as did the poppadoms. The Biryani was OK but overall was a disappointing experience.

Ordered a takeaway on the app - it took over 2 hours to be delivered and not once did they answer the phone nor contact me. It was cold on delivery.

Ordered at 7.30pm and it’s now 22.04 food has only just arrived like warm tried phoning 35 times no answer driver said her phone was broke sorry this is the second time of happening last time no food and no refund shocking way to run a business will not be using again and will let all at a very large energy company not to bother as a few have had problems given her the Benefit of the doubt but failed second time round.

Don't think the owner realises how incredibly rude he was. No semblance of any manners or service.Food-wise it was lukewarm and had to wait over 2 hours. Would not recommend

I’d like to say, I am extremely appalled at the discriminative and presumptuous nature of the main owner, the older fellow with the long beard. Who didn’t greet us at all, but immediately and forcibly began to dictate the entire conversation as if we didn’t even possess the option to eat there or not. He began to assume we were typical minded road men, and kept aggressively conversing with us to scan the menu in order to be ripped off for food worth not even half the amount it is being charged for. Then after he aggressively forced us to place an order through their mediocre app which needs desperate attention, because they did not want to take cash in order to portray a fake level of fanciness to backup their mediocre food and service. After finally making the order, he than began to converse with me with assumptions about my character and life, assuming I was up to illicit activities simply because we were travelling through Lancaster. The gentlemen then made very rude and unappreciated remarks that were assumptions about my worth as an individual simply because I was a young brown male, funny because he’s brown too.A personal message to the owner, please do not advertise the Sunnah of our Master SAW upon your face when you do not even possess an aorta of understanding on what rahma towards the youth is and what good character and softness with those you do not know is. Perhaps study of the Seerah should be implemented within your life apart from the pursuit of dunya, especially at your age, it is concerning. Never mind the youth, when the examples to the youth as so uneducated themselves.The food was mediocre, nothing bad to say about it, but nothing exceptionally memorable about the taste either. I would not recommend this place, as an individual who is so rude, so unconcerned and so vile in their behaviour towards a stranger is not fit to be chasing wealth through the means of a takeaway. Look elsewhere for more hounorable people deserving of your hard earned wealth who hold a value for people and good character.

Have eaten food by supper by sanah since high school from when Sanah started as a market stall. I still use Sanah as a takeaway and the food is absolutely delicious in flavour, great portion sizes. Customer service is second to none too.

Me my partner Orded at 5.58 waited 2 hours for the food for it to come and all the fod was cold had to send it back its not what you expect when you just spent 39 pound. I orded early cause of my daughter and to be sat there there 2 hoirs later and then not end up having the food when it come is ridiculous. Yes the curry can be warmed up but kebabs cant and you dont order food and spend that much to then start heating food up yes you have said my partner will be refunded back which i hope we do.

Fairly average meal, to be honest, not much flavour. Several vegetarian dishes and a couple of vegan ones, although a mistake in the order meant that one of the vegans didn’t actually get their dish. Sanah promised to refund me, but that was nearly 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting…

Ordered several dishes from here. Biryani, Garlic chicken tikka from clay oven and lamb karachi.The Biryani was average, loaded with tons of industrial grade cooking oil. Compared to top Biryanis its very basic and was not very flavourful probably due to having no bone. Although it was cooked well with rice, lamb was tender.Lamb karahi was bland once again and lacked flavour ,was loaded with oil and overloaded with spice.Finally garlic chicken tikka was very tender and succulent but the spice on it was undercooked, felt like the chicken was steamed rather than roasted. Hopefully, my review will help indian cuisine experts. For locals and regulars, you will probably like it more than I did.Tried the new King Prawn kebab which is sold for £10.50. Had 9 pieces of prawn in it which were genuinely not that big. People can decide whether its worth the price, however for me it was overpriced.
