We have just returned from a wonderful evening. The food was excellent and it's so nice to have a hearty portion which is also tasty. Craig served us and his attention and whit was really well received. Thank you for a great evening.

The food was very nice. I had a mixed grill, which was good. For a Wednesday in January, there were a few in but not nearly full. Staff seemed professional. Only let done by not using homemade chips.

This is the third time we have been and eaten at the Keys , and I can't praise them enough. The staff are so polite and attentive and the food is fantastic. Hot well cooked and portion size is just right. We took some friends to day, as in the past we took some customers and all have said that they will return. Thanks for a lovely experience and fantastic service.AndyDietary restrictions: When asked to leave some things off the plate, it wasn't an issue.Kid-friendliness: We also took our children to meet and have breakfast with Santa, the staff and Santa went all out to make it a special time for the children.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access if you are in a wheelchair.

Sadly a pre-ordered meal took 3 hours. An hour before the starters arrived. Another 50 minutes until the mains arrived. Desserts were forgotten about. They did refund the desserts without asking but just a little disappointing service wise.

Was so looking forward to our evening meal…….realise management and probably chefs have changed since our last visit but was so disappointed with the fish and chips I ordered…Full expected the fish cooked as my last visit ………but when brought to table the ‘batter’ on the fish was nearly see through and not crispy at all. Staff brilliant and took fish away to Re cook …..but was still not good…..had just been put back in deep fat fryer to try and crisp it . I fully expected batter to be similar to a chip shop batter…….but I think it was bought in and fried from frozen…..I may be wrong.

Been here a few years running for Christmas dinner. The food was excellent - I had the fish and it was perfect. Beth and the rest of the staff were excellent and everything seemed to run smoothly, despite it being very busy. Well done guys you all did a fantastic job.

We have a lovey meal on Thursday off the festive menu 14/12/2023 the staff are really friendly and professional the food was hot served on a good hot plate couldn’t fault anything definitely be back in the new year

Been here 3 years on the run and had lovely Christmas day meals came this year and not quite as good was such a shame as I'd recommend it to the family place lovely and clean staff lovely but food not as tasty as usual veg a little bland

Came here on christmas eve. All of our party had sunday roasts. Reasonable price, all roasts were nice. One of pur party had the mushroom wellington & enjoyed it , though it was a little overdone & hardly no filling. The kids menu was excellent value & a good variety of options. The kids loved making up their own sundae. Such a great idea. The staff are welcoming & efficient. The pub is clean & has a lovely warm welcoming environment. Would return in the future.

Myself and my husband decided to go here for our evening meal, the staff were very good, extremely pleasant and helpful. The food was just OK, the turkey meat was nice but the roast potatoes and the vegetables were awful. Roast potatoes were very hard and the vegetables tasted like frozen.
