Place clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Very good food. Nicely cooked and used fresh ingredients. Would recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous quiche and salad and all

Overall enjoyable, cosy and warm and I liked the art on the walls, two pleasant members of staff, the third seemed rather uninterested as though he wished he was somewhere else!

We had a fab lunch here, really great salads, the homebaking looked good too so we need to go back to try it !

Visited with my mum and brother who are both vegetarian, very impressed with the range of veggie and vegan food on the menu. Staff are friendly and efficient, not overbearing. Our lunch was delicious and the coffees superb. Very popular little restaurant.

I had the chickpea, spinach and Anya potato curry. It was tasty but a bit heavy on the potatoes with rice as well. Excellent chocolate cake.

This place offers such variety choices of vegan dishes and they are all look amazing! I had lasagna from the special board and wow it is just so good! My friend also enjoys her burger too! Cannot recommend this place enough, such a great little place with great coffee too!

Torn between a late breakfast or an early lunch - opted for the Burger of the day (Mushroom & Leek Berliner Burger) Huge portions, great coffee, friendly and quick service. So pleased they open on a Monday

We visited early on a Saturday morning, so the atmosphere was, understandably, a little flat. However, the vegan full English breakfast was gorgeous! It even came with vegan black pudding, which was a 1st for us. Strangely, the toast came way before the meal and was cold, but that was it for any negatives. The space is set out with more formal eating tables but around the edges are sofas for more relaxed just drinks areas. To find the entrance is a little challenging as it is hidden from the main street. You also need to climb some stairs to get to it. But it is very much worth it.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Very much kid friendly. Though no dogs allowed.

This is a fantastic place for vegan food! We go out of our way to visit when we're off up the M6. Staff are great and the food is delicious and fairly priced. Thank you!

So popular I avoid it on a Saturday. Healthy, beautiful wholesome food at a reasonable price. Have to have my weekly fix thereVegetarian options: I always have the quiche has this lovely alternative salad with wholemeal pasta and chickpeas. Yummy

Very nice place. We wanted a fry up breakfast after a wedding the night before.. Stumbled across this without knowing it was a vegetarian cafe. We ordered 2 of the full breakfasts (still slightly unsure if it was meat-free... nothing indicated it on the menus but we put 2+2 together).Breakfasts were served hot and tasty with very good coffee to pair. The sausages were especially great.Service was good, friendly staff and nice music. All in all, 5* - will be back next time we're in Lancaster.
