Order from here every Friday. Spending £30-£40 a time. Every week they always miss something off.. last week they actually lost the order and we waited over 2 hours. Orderd tonight, the guy in the phone doesn't have a clue, we've waited an hour an a half for a 45 minute delivery, foods arrived and the 3 pizzas are cold. Clearly been ready for ages and left onto of the pizza oven to stay "warm" and not worked. Live literally 5 minutes down a straight road. Guy out the phone down when I rang him. And the food tonight is terrible. Crap chicken wrap, chips were soggy from sitting in the containers for god knows how long before they got to me. Won't be ordering again. Poor service. Poor time management and poor food.

2 hrs for a delivery, poor service, phoned several times to ask for an update only to be told it’s 15 mins away, if I had known it was going to be so long I would not of ordered and gone elsewhere.Shame was our go to takeaway as food is always good won’t be using again
