The McDonald's experience at this location was average, receiving 3 stars. Like other patrons, I encountered a recurring issue of missing serviettes during my drive-thru takeout. Despite the food meeting expectations, the oversight with essentials like serviettes impacted the overall satisfaction. It would be beneficial for the staff to address this consistent concern for a more enjoyable dining experience.

McDonald's.Pretty much took the whole ethos of fast, convenient, hot food and turned it on its head in the UK.That said I enjoy going for a coffee and hot apple pie.The food is adequately warm, if not always piping hot, and consistent in it's quality and taste.Some of it is pretty awesome and some of it is meh.Fillet o fish I'm looking at you there.Chicken Nuggets are the food of the gods.CoffeeThe coffee is always scorching hot and good.

Excellent stopover midway round the reservoirs for a full English before 12.30pm. Try it!!!!! And then a pint looking over the reservoirs before heading home.

It is what it is, usual standards. Plenty of staff in today, although it was quiet when we popped in for breakfast. Ordered using the app and delivered to our table. My only issue is all the cream had melted in our coffees and hot chocolates, I think they'd been stood a while, my little boy was a tad disappointed but it tasted good.Could have been that bit extra special, staff wearing Christmas jumpers but non looked like they were taking part in the spirit of things...

Frequently use this place for a quick breakfast & the occasional easy evening meal, however the service is hopeless. Ordering a “large white coffee” results in a small white coffee being handed to you at the drive through…no serviettes or straws placed in bags when delivered to your door…cold drinks & fries missing from multiple orders….food stone cold …….these are happening almost every time I order from them. These are not verbal orders, they’re written down for goodness sake!

Check your take out order carefully before leaving. The number of times this year I've got home and found part of my order missing is getting silly. The difficulty is proving what's missing because the self service machine receipts hardly ever work and it's rare to actually find anyone on the counter to help. If you order in store, you have to wait far longer than if you use the Drive Thru, so you may as well just keep burning those fossil fuels if you want timely service.

How McDonald's could get so bad ! Ordered a chicken big Mac, was delivered a beef big Mac inside a chicken bic Mac box.... Chicken grilled wrap absolutely disgusting, chicken was cold the whole order was cold, chips hard like been sat out for a long time. Awful awful

Absolute awful service . Supervisor was an absolute horrible woman. Attitude stinks. If she doesn't want to do the job STAY at home . Got to be the worse McDonald's I've ever BEEN to.

They have served some appalling McMuffins, particularly from 10:30-11:00, but food is good apart from that. Service, while not great, is outstanding compared to other McDonald's establishments, which can be particularly shocking.

This is now the 4th time we have ordered though just eat and the order has come short. Although the quality of the food that has arrived is good its disappointing that orders keep arriving with missing items especially when we've placed the order as a treat for our children and now one doesn't have fries and one doesn't have a drink.

Awful McDonald's! How on earth the manager of this place isn't looking into the amount of 1 star reviews this place is getting and doing something about itFood delivered always cold , missing items, or completely wrong items ... Have experienced this on more than one occasion now ..won't be using the delivery service again.

Uninterested staff,more important to chatter through the back. Refurbished to make it easier for staff to hide. They are only interested in drive through and remote order and delivery service. Food not particularly hot,warm at best, fast food is a joke!

Over the past 6 months or so I've used the McDonald's app to order a breakfast meal from the Leyland McDonald's.Maybe I'm the fool to keep ordering but literally 1 out of every 3 orders has been wrong, usually with major items missing such as a sausage Mcmuffin!!! It's almost impossible to rectify your order if wrong when being delivered and you just end up paying double for half your order!Staff need to be more careful when picking and packing and if it's too difficult to put the correct food in a bag then I'd say they're going to have a very hard life ??‍♂️ Avoid or check your order immediately when you get it!

I never go to McDonalds. Its not my thing.-I just went there to use the toilet when nothing else was open and now google want me to leave a review.I can't comment on the food or service but i can on the bathroom.The cubicle was tiny but it was fairly clean in there. The toilet had a mains water leak that was making a puddle on the floor. There was a speaker playing music too loudly that I found annoying.It was well lit.Overall it wasn't the best resteraunt toilet experience but at least it was warm and hygienic which is what matters most.
