Air compressor pump not working!?Valve fitting was faulty.There was no 'Out of Order' sign on it

outrageous price difference for Vpower diesel. Normal diesel was £1.499 the Vpower was £1.759, 26p a litre difference. Other Shell garages charge on average 9p a litre extra for Vpower. Will never use this garage again, you have been warned, check the price before you fill up. I didn't and got stung

The fuel was around the price that was to be expected. The shop wasn't too busy and the cashier was friendly. There was a fair selection of snacks and refreshments on offer and I'm lucky that it was located where it is as I missed the motorway exit for the services and would have ran out of petrol if this petrol station wasn't here.

16 fuel pumps were empty but there was plenty of overpriced chocolate bars. The assistant appeared friendly but didn't seem to understand English.Probably best to avoid.

Pulled off the motorway as our 2 year old needed the toilet and hoped they had one. The staff member was very rude just said no and refused to suggest anywhere else local that had one again just said no with an awful attitude.They lost out on us filling the empty tank, buying snacks

Rudest staff ever. Spent over £70 on fuel and asked if he could add a £1 coin onto the Shell account card I was paying with as I had a flat tyre. Flatly refused.
Explained I had no cash on me and that I had a flat tyre but still refused.
Asked if I could use my personal debit card to get a £1 coin from the till and he wouldn't do it until I refused to move the van from in front of the pump.
Won't go here again.
Pumps work great .. staff are rude ! Speak to you like you’re the idiot if you get something wrong and 9 times out of 10 are on the phone to their mate while they serve you ! Won’t be going back again

It's got to be bad when you need your passenger to tell you how much you your fuel bill is up to because the screens aren't positioned above the pumps
