It's a subway!Clean seating area, fast service, process that seen to creep up all the time (like everywhere else at the minute I suppose)Would benefit from a clear menu on display, there is only a selection of named deals which is frustrating.

The 2 packs of doritos were missing,the dips were missing,the footlong bmt was nt toasted and there was no ham on it or cheese!the other bmt had no ham on it either!I rang the restaurant and spoke to a very unhelpful guy who said they were short of stock!why did nt they swap for something else?they said they had tried to ring me and the number on the receipt was not mine and i told the guy this is not my fault,he was quite rude with me and said what do you want me to do!! I should have ordered from the other subway!!

Don’t try to go in at dinner time, wasted half my lunch break waiting around, staff to slow, always chatting to each other, just eat drivers priority always so have to wait an age to be served

Absolutely shocking tonight 16/6/23.Ordered food for delivery the food arrived minus x3 crisps x3 drinks and x 3 cookies.Garlic bread was a mess my sandwich was caked in peppers and the wedges not even cooked and literally a dozen of them.Decided to take the food back as they was closing the only good thing about tonight is that the woman who was on opened the door to see what the issue was . I explained to her all the above to which she said was the bag sealed when you got it YES was my reply . The reply I got of her was I packed it so I know that everything was in there and the wedges box was full and cooked I then explained why would I order the food for delivery to come bring it back.She also said that the cookers are now off.So what she is basically saying is that I’m a liar or the just eat delivery driver decided to take 1/2 of our food and seal it back up and give it us.Disgusting customer service will not be using this establishment ever again I will also be referring other people to not use this Leyland establishment.

Awful, miserable service, miserly portions! I visited during the breakfast service (before 11am) and I was the only person in the shop. A miserable young girl with a unhygienic piercing hanging from her nose appeared grin the back and despite saying ‘good morning’ she completely ignored me and didn’t even smile back at me. I asked for a bacon and cheese 1ft long and she asked if I wanted double bacon as there were only 4 tiny pieces on the sandwich.. of course I said yes otherwise you wouldn’t be able to taste the bacon it was so sparse! She didn’t speak to me once during being served and when I asked her a question about blue light discount, she didn’t even look at me, just nodded her head! She then wrapped my sandwich and gave it to me . I had to ask for serviettes and when I asked for a sandwich bag to put it in ( it was poorly wrapped and hanging out at the bottom, she said it was 10p ! I declined, rolling my eyes as she had done so throughout my visit to this appalling franchise! I won’t be using this Subway again !!! Get some manners and learn how to interact with your customers!!! ?
