Not particularly helpful..we arrived after spending 10 hrs outdoors marshalling in cold, wet and windy conditions and they couldn't offer us a table for 7, at 5.15pm, despite them not having bookings till after 6pm. Pub also had a peculiar adour...leaking drains? We just left without even buying some drinks. Had a nice fire.

Food & drinks: The soup was delicious but the crab pate was watery and had very little taste

Excellent Service provided by the wonderful Alice, chef deserves a michellen star would highly recommend place. Friendly staff great attentive service and excellent meals I would pre book in advance and if your a seafood lover 24 to 48 hour notice and get the seafood platter everything was fresh made on site or fresh out sea, there is a daily specials board and they do special requests. If you end up spending over 120 quid on food and drink they can offer to accommodate you free check out the website or pop in guys you won't be disappointed. I'll be back there motherdays and taking my mum she'll be as impressed just as much I was.Noteworthy details: Order the lobster in advance and ask what's on the specials bored

Situated in lovely countryside just outside Longridge. Cosy and comfortable with log fires. Great base for exploring the area.Stayed overnight and had dinner and breakfast.Food was lovely, and the room comfortable with great size en suite.Matt and the staff were friendly and most helpful, rounding off a great stay. We will visit again

Good food although quite expensive. Service a tad slow but waitresses were polite and helpful.Somewhat out of the way pub so car journey needed certainly for our visit.Give it a try.

Went for xmas lunch. Rushed. Not personal in any way. Most of the food was inedible. Emailed them about our issues. They responded, apologising and wanting to encourage us not to write them off as a venue by offering us vouchers. We accepted, vouchers never received. Won't be returning. Haighton Manor for us next Xmas ? #they think their food/hospitality is far better than it is

Lovely area food was OK rooms need updating and decor not good peeling paint. Pub downstairs shut on Xmas eve at 5pm which we were not informed of when we booked so was in are rooms from 5pm. Owners were lovely and gave there apology for the mix up. We made our own fun playing board games that we took with us would have been nice to access to the bar. Would not go back.
