After being regulars and good customers we’re so disappointed at this evening services. Over an hour late on delivery, we called to see if they’d forgotten us, we were told the order was still in the kitchen. On arrival, all 6 dishes were stone cold and dry, we called to let them know and they had no interest in resolving the issue. £30 takeaway wasted. Why didn’t you offer a replacement order or even a refund?! You’ve now lost a local customer, we’ll no longer be recommending our clients that visit Lytham, beyond a joke! Enough to put us off Chinese for the foreseeable future.

My husband invited me for special dinner, BUT ONLY to find out a very nasty service. Soup was salty with raw noodles. I order duck with rice cakes and they were hard AND dry. The owner lectura me thats the way Is served. Really? I had eaten this food both, China and UK with steamed warm cakes. Not here! My husband's dinner was salty as well beyond salty.Both older woman male waiter were rather rude AND agressive.
You'd go a long way to better this Chinese in my opinion. All good. Decor, staff, food, all spot on.Thanks Chu's.

I don’t normally like to give reviews, but on this occasion I feel it appropriate to share my experiences.From arrival at the restaurant to leaving we received nothing but the best service from the staff who were attentive to our needs throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand when needed. I can honestly say the meal was the best Chinese meal I have ever had.A big thank you to ChusSteve Lane
