Came to sit in, ordered our coffees. Only after paying were we told that they would be served in takeaway cups. No signage was in place to let customers know, and staff communicated this poorly. It is a common occurrence in this Costa, the dishwasher constantly breaking. Additionally they had ran out of medium sized takeaway cups, so our drinks were served in large cups, which looked ridiculous and absolutely not fitting for the price. Almost £4 for a coffee in an oversized paper cup? The wi-fi is also poor and when trying to use the Costa app, it can't connect because cellular coverage in the shop is poor.

Lovely Costa in Lytham. Cappuccino was excellent. The chocolate cake was a bit dry but only at the sides which I'm guessing is from the lights inside the cake cabinet.

After a lovely walk, we popped in for a coffee...well a frappe for me....and a little cake....and sat chilling for 30 mins...tasty as always...

Marvellous experience and a great bunch of staff who clearly enjoy their jobs. Chris in particular helped us carry our drinks tray to our table a lovely guy who went out his way.
Always an enjoyable experience in Costa (Lytham), a good coffee with friends is all the therapy needed

Always very helpful, friendly staff. Visited today with my baby, and they were very accomodating, bringing my coffee over to my table giving me some time first to feed my baby. Made it very easy for a mum on her own in a situation which can be tricky!
