Really good half and half pizza but I really didn't like the festive one. Just tasted of really strong stuffing and nothing else! My fault for having that half should have stuck with chicken and barbecue was ace!

Went for a collection order got asked my name to so I told them they looked at the screen that said it was ready for me said it will be ready soon walked off until about 5 minutes later another employee asked me my name so I told them and was instantly handed my pizza.Pizza itself was really nice to be fair I just wish they cut it properly but instead I was left cutting the pizza myself

Ordered delivery which came over 20 mins early. Driver intimated it was my mistake as there was nothing on notes to verify I had ordered for a specific time so I took the food from him, thinking I’d made an error with the online order. My wife returned from work 25 mins later to cold food which we did not eat. Looked on order and I did indeed order for a specific time.Complained about it only to be told by a snotty employee that I’ll receive a ‘free’ side on next order and like it or lump it. Told him a free side is no good to me as I won’t be ordering again. Would not recommend

My order took about 2 hours from placing the call. Excuse was they had a new delivery driver (who was lost for 45 min), then my order was missing items, and that took another 40 min to bring. It was a random Wednesday evening too, no events on either, so no excuse. We got one order of cookies as an apology and when I asked for a discount, they said no.

Disgusting, absolutely tasteless with hardly any toppings and very little cheese. Definitely don't recommend and won't be paying for overpriced pastry. Lost this customer.

Very very overpriced 18.95 for a small pizza dearer than a top class restaurant over £60 for a meal for my self and 3 small children under 10 The manager very rude when asked about the price said if he would only credit me £10 if i halved the order Never will I go there again who do they think they are I no food prices have risen but that is ridiculous JUST PLAIN GREEDY
I noticed that they have reduced how much cheese has gone on the pizza ( pepperoni passion )even when requested extra cheese there was hardly any on it, I ended up putting it in the bin twice ( me thinking it was a fluke) anyway I ordered the Mexican went in to pick it up and the guy at the front was to busy on the phone ignored customers even giving dirty looks as he complained over the phone to someone, I felt sorry for the other staff as the atmosphere was hostile. Bad experience I guess I'll be going to pizza express from now on, a shame it use to be really good.

Order is nearly always wrong from this place. Most recently ordered some pizzas for collection only to get home and find the wrong toppings on one. Phoned up to ask if they could send me the correct pizza and was told I’d have to come back for it and bring the other pizza back,like it was my fault! It was a 30 minute round trip so I refused to return to the store and they wouldn’t send replacement. Spoke to manager the next day who was told I’d refused to give the incorrect pizza back. Not really true - I offered to return it if they delivered the correct one. Anyway, eventually the manager agreed to add a free medium pizza onto the system, redeemable next time we ordered. Guess what - next time we ordered the store said there was no record of this. Asked to speak to manager but apparently he’d just gone out for a bit. Poor service, unhelpful staff and don’t deserve your custom. Go elsewhere where your custom is valued.
