Ordered for the first time ina while last night 2 pizzas ..'the meats' and 'the mexican'.Now I wasnt expecting the sort of pizza I have been pleased to have tasted in Naples but they were awful! Firstly they were 25 mins late and when I opened the box of both I was stunned by the lack of topping on both pizzas. Hardly any cheese on either and a lot of big gaps around the crust covered in nothing..I wont be ordering again. Wheneverin the past I have mentioned take away pizza to my friends they have always said 'have you tried Papa Joes? Theyre great! Well I have now and these werent

Don’t bother. You’d have better odds of getting the right order if you were gambling in Vegas. Got to the point now where I can’t be arsed complaining to the store again. Latest order. Rock hard pizza. Wrong chicken. Clearly the last order of the day and they couldn’t give a crap. Used to spend a fortune with this store, had to complain quite a few times but clearly they don’t give a sh*t. This franchise needs closing down. Or at least reporting to Papa Johns UK because they couldn’t give a toss about any quality control. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I ordered online for collection from the app and thought I had got a great deal paying far less than the usual price as I used a deal.I was disappointed on collection to find that I had actually paid a few pounds more than the price advertised on the door.Pizza was average at best. XXL fed 2 people.

Papa John’s St Annes, thank you, my girls wanted to treat themselves tonight for half term. So with there own money ordered a pizza at 8pm. At 8.30 pm they called to say it’ll be another 45 minutes. At 9.30pm we called to ask how long ot would be to which they said (before asking who we were or where we lived) ‘it’ll be 25 minutes or it’ll take 5 days for a refund. They then refused to answer the phone until they closed at 10pm. Don’t order with Papa John’s! Needless to say, 10pm, no food!

BASIC BLAND BORINGJust had some pizza delivered from papa John's, the guy who delivered the pizza was super friendly, so good on service. But the pizza is honestly the most boring pizza I have ever had, the base is like warmed bread from Aldi, almost tastes store bought from Aldi, super thin layer of cheese no sauce on the base. The most basic bland boring pizza I have had in my life, and £12 for equivalent of a 10inch, maybe worth £1 if that. Sorry I bothered. Really any other place makes better pizza.
