Lovely find in morcambe! Staff was wonderful, very friendly and attentive! Food was spot on and arrived very quickly.. the place was lovely and clean, perfect place to sit in! Couldn’t recommend enough.. will be more than happy to return… thanks to the staff :)Vegetarian options: Vegan burger, cheese and onion pie, chips, jacket potato!Dietary restrictions: One guest was a vegan and had a lovely burger which was great value for the size!

The staff are brilliant which is why I keep going back but I would go more bit the prices are quite high. Also on my recent visit the chips were quite greasy, maybe the oil needs changing.Parking: There is a few spaces outside the front of the shop which is very handy.

Been going here for years but prices up (understandable) but portion sizes also down. My wife nipped in today at lunch for chips and spicy Chinese chicken curry, chips no longer fill the box and insufficient curry with only 3 bits of chicken for £6.50. Poor value for money don’t know what’s happened to this chippy but that’s not the way to maintain a good business,

This place was recommended so had positive thoughts ? about it. While in there one young female staff stood touching her face, eyebrows and nose, then proceeded to run the same hand ✋ up and down pots and lids. Chips, in my opinion, tasted as though oil was old. Onion rings were good though and a large portion. Young lady who served me was polite and friendly

Just had 2 fish & 1 chips £17.00 fish was ok but the chips were terrible dry and Luke warm. Sorry Atkinsons but if you're charging top prices please ensure we can eat the food. It certainly was not value for money.

Burger is an empty burger with literally no meat!Kids chicken nuggets box meal for a junior 12s, came with 2 nuggets buried underneath the chipsWe ask for tarta sauce with the scampi an chips, no sauce ?.By far the worst I've ever been.Total cost £35 would highly recommend not to go

Cant see what everyone raves about. They were ok but not much to write home
Its a good chippy, kinda popular one I guess. Good chips and fish. Usually get the mini as that's fills me. Keep on top of the chips, as in make sure fresh cooked as been many times but once or twice overcooked left overs chips...but still deserves my score as 9.5 out of 10 its fine.

I've been coming here for over 30 odd years and its always been my favourite but I WON'T be going again. For 3 fish n chips, a jumbo sausage n chips, 2 curries n 2 gravies it came to £41.73! I am well aware of price increase for fish but that is outrageous. The bubbly batter makes the fish look bigger but its just hidden inside an all the fancy bags n packaging, I don't care about all that, it's over priced and there are cheaper chippies about, much cheaper. Such a shame

Very disappointed. Worst chips ever. About three quarters of the portion was made up of tiny chips which were to crispy to be edible. The rest appeared to be made up of a mixture of refried chips and small proportion of fresh chips. We went back to the shop with the evidence. We were offered a new portion of chips!!!!! But, NO refund. We wondered why there weren’t other customers there. Now we know! We won’t be going back. It used to be a good and reliable source of chips.
