“Very slow service only one girl serving bless her I felt sorry for her she coped well under the pressure the restaurant was busy. They were short staffed in the cooking area coz I over heard a lady who was delivering the food we was told it would be a twenty minute delay I wasn't too concerned coz I quite like to sit n read one of the news papers n take my time, but a few customers with kids were getting agitated, the staff couldn't appologised enough n offered a fresh brew whilst the customer was sat waiting. The staff looked tired but were as cheery as can be under the circumstances.”

“About 30 of us descended upon an already busy cafe at lunch time on a festival day today - a hot sunny Sunday. Service was very efficient despite the busy period and the heat. The ordering system was quick and accurate, with a vibrating buzzer you are given alerting you to when to collect your food. The food was nice and good value given the promenade location. I would like to have had some sauce dispensers instead of having to buy plastic squeezy tubes, and also some napkins, but minor gripes.”
