Lovely staff and food was nice and it was hot. As for cleanliness.. 1star.tons of rubbish outside. Tables and floor don't look like they've been cleaned since it opened and the toilets certainly aren't checked regularly. Even the door mats minging.surely they've an area manager that should be picking up on these issues. It is borderline disgusting to be honest. We visited the Queensferry branch last week and that's to the same standard. And the chips-wheres the traditional French fries?

Absolutely filthy. Both pre pay machines inoperative waited 20 minutes to order and a further 40 minutes to get the food. Under staffed and more interested in preparing the delivery orders. I can honestly say I will never set foot in there again its disgusting. I dread to think what the kitchen looks like after seeing the filth at the front.

This KFC have fast and efficient staff. There is a seating area in the back and a nice seating area outside. There are customer toilets to the rear of the indoor seating area which are clean but I would advise them not to put the high chairs right by the entry door to the toilets...not a lot of room for disabled customers who need their disability aids.

I'm writing this review 2 weeks late as I visited on the first day of a 2 weeks camping trip. It was a 40 minute wait to even order the food and then wait extra for it to be ready. I actually ordered a rice box meal but was only charged and given a rice box. As you can see from the picture of the receipt I also ordered a boneless box dipping feast to which I was not given any dips, we only realised once we was sat at the only clean table available, when i went back to the till I asked the lady and she just said we have none left and offered me mayonnaise, i replied, Would it not have been a good idea to have told me that at the time of ordering and I would have ordered something else, what is the point of a dipping feast if you have no dips, to which a lady that was in the que who had made it quite obvious she worked there (having conversations about previous shifts with staff members) called me rude. She might not have been on shift at the time but if she advertises the fact that she works for a company then she automatically becomes advertisement for that company. Once we had finished our meals we wasnt happy with the service and the state of the restaurant, there was no plates, we had to eat of the paper bags, every table was filthy and food cartons on them and the bins were overflowing, we spoke to the manager to let him know we wasnt happy and we left.

Fast food, you must be joking. You queue for ages to order the good and then queue for ages again to get the food. Then if there is something you ordered which the don't have by the time it's your turn to collect they will not refund you for the missing it and you have to accept an alternative!

Good food, but the service is dreadful. No effort to clean the outside areas, bins are overflowing, seagulls then try to get food from the bins.\\n\\nWaiting time on a Sunday afternoon was half an hour from having my order taken to receiving my food.\\n\\nThis franchise must be turning over thousands a day - HIRE MORE STAFF!

Not our best experience, it was obvious that two of the staff had just started and the third was trying his best to try and train them,but for fast food it still took 15 minutes to get our order and others even longer. The food it's self was average at best and seemed quite salty.I've not had KFC in quite a while and won't be in a hurry to try it again.

It's hit and miss at the Morecambe branch. Been in before and got served my a manager called Angela and the food then was great. Other times since have been standard and 2 friends complained. Consistency is not there all the time.

They are not always the quickest. There are two doors to get in both quite heavy none of them are self opening so very awkward and heavy to pull or push open for someone disabled also for prams. Food is good, amenities are ok.

If this was called the smallest KFC in the world, I would believe them. If you love cramped, damp spaces with rubbish everywhere then this is the place for you! The service was abysmal as between waiting for ice cream and the main meal it took around 20 minutes. It's called fast food, can they at least get that right? Even if it's not this KFC's fault, the food is disgusting. The "new" chips taste like rubber ducks that have been sat in the sun and the chicken, even worse. I have conducted experiments around many KFC's (2) where you squeeze the chicken in a napkin and see what you get. Thick,gooey grease. Yummy.
