The food is lovely. You can’t really fault it. We’ve been quite a lot and generally the service is good depending on the staff. But tonight, the service was really bad. When we were seen too, they were friendly. But being seen to was far and few between. We ended up being there for 2 and a half hours simply because we weren’t being tended to. I could forgive this if it was busy, but it was a Monday night with 2 other small tables in.We’re not impressed with the service tonight, we felt very ignored and like we were a hindrance being there, whilst they chatted behind the bar.

We had a meal here on Saturday 23rd March 2024, we looked at the menue in the window, we went in and sat down they brought over some prawn crakers and gave use the menue, we eat the crakers while reading the menu and found the menue was much more expensive than the one on the window when we asked the staff about this they said the menue in the windows was for takeaway,We orders our meals both arrived together but my wifes rice was like stodge stuck together and lumpy, she asked the waitress to change it about 10 minutes later she came back saying kitchen had given her another rice but it was exactly the same would she like something else so she ordered noodles which she didn't want but she needed to eat something with her meal,by the time she did get her noodles her meal was cold, and tasteless the food was bland and the service was tenable.When it came time to pay the waitress made a big song and dance about the fact she was not charging use for the rice (that was sent back twice) and that she was not also going to charging us for the noodles (big deal) but still charged us full price for the overly expensive meals that was cold and tasteless by the time we could eat them.Stay away werst Chinese restaurant I have ever been too would not recommend going here.

Very warm costumer servive, the lady was very nice and polite.I ordered takeout and it only took about 5 minutes and the food was delicous.Will be coming again.Vegetarian options: Most fried rice, options of stir fried vegetables, salt and pepper chips, etc

Everything about it was average. Quality was OK, but nothing special. I had the special curry with boiled rice, the wife had chicken chop suey. We shared some spare ribs. Portions were small for the price. Service was unremarkable, perhaps the most worrying was how quickly everything was cooked. From entering the premises to paying it was probably 30 minutes. It wasn't that bad I'd advise against trying it, but manage any expectations.

Was told the food would be delivered in up to 1 hour - 1 hour and a half which I thought great they’re being honest for once. After 2 hours I rang and they said the delivery driver had been there for over half an hour. Erm have they heard of a mobile phone and ringing the customer to say they’re there? They didn’t take down the number correctly supposedly. I said I wouldn’t be taking the food as the food was near an hour from cooking to which the lady on the phone said it was still hot. I said I wouldn’t pay more than £10 for the £30 we came to agreement of £15 for the food and the driver magically appeared a minute late and said the food was piping hot. It was wrapped in so much paper it was hard to tell, I unwrapped it and after climbing Mount Everest myself I found the food colder than the peak itself it went straight in the lake for the swans to snack on. Even the swans didn’t want it. Not surprised.

The chinese dishes were good but unfortunately we ordered a portion of chips as well. they were cold and very dry, the worst chips l have ever experienced.

To be honest I didn’t want to give any stars I ordered my food at 1924 this evening and still have yet to receive my food at 2155 I called at 2103 and the gentleman on the phone said it will be 20 mins as the chefs are on it rang back at 2152 chefs are now cooking the food I completely understand it’s New Year’s Eve but over 2 hours and 30 mins is beyond a joke regardless of the day of the year. Food arrived at 22.25 warm stale and just not great can tell it was rushed out not worthy of a 3 hour wait.

Unfortunately we can not return as a customer. Chicken Fried Rice once again no chicken. Aromatic Crispy Duck with no pancakes. Paid for delivery and were told to drive there to collect the 2 pancakes they were willing to offer. Side of chips too cold to eat. Wasted money. We won't be back again. Manager call back underlined how little they care about how they treat paying customers.

Absolutely awful. A 5 year old would of cooked better. The red thai curry was a satay and they lied when I questioned it The plain noodles were beyond plain . Cheap noodles cooked in a what tasted like a dirty wok... And at £7.50 it was just noodles The sweet and sour tofu was basically .. uncooked wet tofu thrown into a warm and cheap sweet and sour sauce. Portion of chips was an uncooked and just a hand full. We sent food back . Really was that bad. Even the young staff that worked there agreed the food was bad and told us about all dead flies in the kitchen. I honestly have never eaten at such a bad place. The woman who seemed to be in charge just kept lying to us . Seriously .. stay away
