Brilliant, best Indian food from miles around! Delivery service is brilliant, food always comes on time! It is always warm and delicious! The staff are friendly, helpful and are always smiling! Such a lovely takeaway, always my number one choice! Will definitely be having it again this week!

Good food and staff are attentive. Eating in and takeout prices are reasonable and a regular favourite.

Their food is fantastic, except for the poppadoms which don't seem to be freshly made as they are not crispy but soft in texture.Prices have stayed the same even with the wholesale price of food going up. I asked how they managed this with every crisis in the world effecting our cost of living (propaganda spewed by the government).Ans: family business, we decided as a family we're still able to asborb the price hikes on food and utilities. Always friendlu service. ?

We have used Taj Gourmet for a year now and had several delivered meals. We have never had any problems with the quality of either the food, service or the good manners and politeness of the staff. We recommend giving this takeaway a try. My favourite: Chicken Tikka Bangara (hot).

The food was really good. Ordered online Christmas Eve afternoon and delivered as requested and at the requested time. Never had a bad meal

ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! Food came on time. Happy, smiling greeting staff. Delivery service was rapid and the food was scrumptious. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner!! My go to takeaway, forever ordering from here.

Loved the food, especially the lamb bhuna balti, everything was so delicious. The delivery man was really nice and delivered on time, so the food was warm and ready to eat.

Had a kebab from there. It was okay as an after the pub supper. The young lad serving was very friendly though.

Chez Owen

Disgusting slop of a mess. Ordered mixed pathia, which is supposed to be a dish of sweet and spices. 2 pieces of chicken, 2 pieces of beef and four tiny frozen prawns. Just a load of mushed vegetables with no flavour whatsoever. The worst taweaway I've ever had. Don't go there - there are far, far better places.

Thought we would treat ourselves to a takeaway, onion bhaji were cold, samosas were luke warm tasteless and the pastry was soft and soggy, khorma, dansak and rice were luke warm and the salad to the bhaji was put in the plastic carrier then the paper one with the food in on top so did not find the flattened mess until disposing of the bags, will not order from here again. It's hard to find a good takeaway and this is one I will cross off my list.

Smallest portion of over priced rubbish that I have ever had the misfortune to part with money for,, wouldn't feed a cat, wouldn't feed it to the cat,, avoid at all cost.
