The staff are super organised. I go for a Flat White every morning which is a busy time. We don't queue for very long and drinks are ready within 5 - 10 minutes. The staff are kind and some remember my drink!

I frequently go to this Costa as its in my local town and I feel so disappointed to have to write a review like this. The staff have always been so nice there, but recently new staff are quite honestly awful. I haven't seen any of the other regular staff there for a while, and the place has gone down hill. Rude, bored looking staff. Unwilling to help, actually ignore the fact you're stood there. 4 female staff stood there chatting and only one serving. And when you do get served, the attitude of one young girl in particular is terrible, nothing short of a rude teenager. You may not like your job, and if you don't find another. But please stop being rude to the people who essentially pay your wages. Also, the cost has sky rocketed. £10.50 for 2 large hot chocolates!!!!!! Ridiculous. Won't be going there much anymore, shame really.

No complaints about serving staff but management and application process is awful. Invasive lengthy application form. My son got a call. Got the bus, had a decent interview and was told he would hear within 3/4 days. He's still waiting 6 weeks later for a response, they obviously couldn't be bothered to ring and explain he didn't get the job. Not good for young people's confidence trying to get a start. We won't be using Costa.

The staff were very positive where helped the experience, I updated my review based on that.I need a flat white with less foam they are always very understanding of my request. The young man was very proud of having given volume quality service, it was nice to hear his passion is the job he was performing.I would have no hesitation in going back again or recommending this venue.
The Costa maintenance department needs to look at the front window where large amounts of water builds up. It looks unpleasant and potentially nasty to children
