Been going to wokwow for 10 years and I tell everyone how great this place is. The beef in black bean sauce is restaurant quality and price is amazing too.In 10 years and about 150 orders I have had a problem with my order twice and both times they have fixed the issue immediately.

Don't bother with this it's just awful. It the type of place that gives Chinese takeaway a bad name crispy chilli beef not just loads of glupy sauce and tasteless protein sweet and sour rubbish salt and chilli chips awful egg fried rice not bad. There are good Chinese takeaway in the area lower green. Holts lane castle gardens don't waste your money

First time I have used Wow Wok, and the experience was brilliant. The food was excellent, the service great and the amount of food was unbelievable, especially for the price. I got the set meal for two for £26 ? ? ? ? ?

Only ordered the basics of egg fried, chips and curry sauce. Chips were like school dinner chips that had been left on a hot plate for a few hours. Egg fried rice was solid and clumpy full of salt. The curry sauce was like water and bitter full of salt. Rang and person on the end of the phone wasn't interested at all until I said what can you do. Was offered a discount next time but why would I want to go back?.I've come back after a few months and it's just as bad. The food is rubbish. The rice is cardboard but mostly the staff are kids and ignorant. Go to delicious before you go here!!!

Must have a different chef from when we last ordered, style of food very different. Chicken curry looked neon, with very cheap cuts of chicken, curry samosas used to be our favourite, can’t taste any curry, rib sauce terrible and meat over cooked list goes on! Think it’s the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Threw £40 takeaway in the bin and got a KFC. Only positive staff are very friendly

We had high hopes due to recommendations on Facebook, however it did not live up to expectations. Everything over cooked, pre cooked, then cooked again frozen chips, over cooked boiled rice, extremely salty chicken chow mein- overcooked. Nothing was freshly cooked. There was a £5 delivery charge which we had no problem with and we tipped the very polite driver, when going through the receipt we found that a service charge had been added to the bill which we were not aware of, so we spent £7.50 on service charges and the food was inedible. Will not be ordering again. Had to give it 1 star just to post the review.

Don't bother with this it's just awful.
