Slow service.\\nCold burger, no hot drinks and the smallest bag of fries for the princely sum of £7.29.\\nToilets closed too.\\nAll in all a poor experience.\\nWon’t be rushing back…..

Ordered for a home delivery. Delivery arrived with half the food missing. When we contacted them they accused us saying how did they know we didn't get all the food and that maybe we were just trying to get something for nothing. They are a total scam business who we will never use again. Looking at the other posts here it is obvious they are not even bothered as they don't give any feedback or apologies themselves.

First ever visit to a burger King. Was a treat for my kids. Well I can safely say I will not be returning. Got there to have to stand around and wait to be served. Even though there was nobody else in. Paid 38 pounds for food that was absolutely disgusting. The chicken fries were burnt. Way too much salt on the chips to the point the kids couldn't even eat them. Got 2 soft drinks to go with th adult meals to get them and they were warm and flat. To then be told they can't do anything about it and it's the machines fault. Now surely if you know your drinks machine is not working then you wouldn't sell the drinks. the toilets were a disgrace. Filthy and stinking of urine. With yellow stains in the sinks. Mentioned again to the manager about this to be told they are all out of order due to a blocked drain. There was no out of order signs on any toilet.. and was only put into place after we mentioned the state of them.\\nNow we all know a blocked drain does not cause urine stains and a smell like that all over the bathrooms. It's just dirty as none of your staff clean. Full complaints have been made to head office. Not sure what use that would be but I'm suprised your managing to even still get customers with the state of that place and the food

So after only 2 cars in front of me at the drive thru and waiting almost 25 minutes and still not making it to the first window I felt I had to leave this review. The food is ok (but massively overpriced.. reg fries £1.89, reg drink £1.89 average burger £6) but every single visit I have had has been the same ridiculously slow service. It would have been quicker to go to McDonald's at the capital centre which is out the way, eat my food and drive back here than simply grabbing a single burger from this place. Currently writing this whilst waiting in the drive thru. Avoid if your time is important!

19th September - 14:36pm\\n\\nNothing wrong with the food due too it being a world known classic but the staff at this restaurant is beyond disgusting.\\n\\nMy experience was being stood at the counter waiting to be served while the staff stood there on there phones texting and even saw me and rolled there eyes because they knew they had to serve a customer and was clearly not happy about this even though it’s there job, extremely rude, no smiles just pure attitude.\\n\\nOnce finally served and sitting with my meal all you could hear was the kitchen staff shouting and swearing as they was stood watching the football and all the customers could see and hear this including Children !!\\n\\nThere was then a spillage on the floor and the staff just looked at it and stood over it and continued to go back for another chat with a colleague.

Absolutely dreadful. Initially driving in, the car park was a mess, weeds everywhere, litter, just an immediate feeling of nobody looking after it. Only one car ahead of me, disinterested voice at the drive through box \\u0026 collection point.\\nThen it got worse. Paid for a bacon double cheeseburger. The bread was like sawdust, stale. The burger was average at best. Dreadful. Burger King, get your act together, you ain't cheap enough to be this bad!

4 cars in front of me - 22 minutes to place my order. Then told no large burgers (standard whooper) and no hot drinks at all. Good management would have ensured there were more staff working and have someone explaining what was not available before committing to an overall 27 minute queue.

Excellent burger king. The burgers are always very fresh and the chips are fatter than fries from other fast food restaurants. A lot better. They use less packaging so environmentally friendly. Highly recommended.

drive through staff told me to park up then forgot about my order. Staff are pleasant but they need a proper management. when they get it right it's bang on.

Absolutely shocking service! We waited 30 minutes to get served.. then they got the order wrong, so we had to go back! Then they got it wrong again! Apart from the fact that they don't even LOOK like they're hurrying!

Helpful staff and quick service. The drink I ordered was flat but they changed for me straight away as soon I mentioned it with no problem at all. The food was hot and tasted good
