Came here on Mother’s Day with my mum and 2 kids. Can’t really go wrong with a Costa coffee. I had a latte and a Victoria sponge cupcake

Costa please give training to Nathan and at least teach him how to speak to customers. It was completely inappropriate way spoke to me. And there was no need for it .would never again. Will raise the complaint further as well.

Would have given 5 stars but my friend's coffee was luke warm, had to go back for another, got the impression they weren't pleased.. but who wants lukewarm coffee?
Cups were dirty which was a shame as the shop itself is lovely. It doesn't stop me visiting again
