Ordered 5 pizzas whilst on the train from London to Carlisle, ordered them to platform 3, 30 mins before train was due, delivery driver came running down the platform carrying the pizzas to make sure they got on the train before it set off again, top customer service ! Give this man a pay

The food is great but not worth the price you pay. I mean come on 23 quid for a large pizza especially with the cost of living being so high. There are other pizza places with better pizzas for half the price

The usual domino's I go to regularly was closed due to technical problems. So next nearest was Deepdale Rd. Got our normal order. They got it wrong .called and they said they would put the correct item foc. We started eating our normal pizzas we have creat your own .Well it was just like eating plain pizza dough smallest smear of garlic butter and sprinkle of cheese . The other was the same but with half with pepperoni. Waste of 35.90 2 sides wedged and nachos wedges didn't get and nachos were soaking wet bad experience don't think we will return for free replacement of one item
(Preston's domino's) customer service is severely lacking..as i'm still awaiting a refund for a missing item ten days after asking for one on the phone and five days since i was promised one by email..very disappointed as the takeaway was really good for a change..

Pizza lovely however l rang to pre order when picked up no one was aware so had to wait the man on the telephone clearly didn’t understand me despite l repeated myself 3 timesIt is very pricey more deals would be welcome

Amazing customer service as always, today I was served by a lovely young man, Ned I think his name was. He went out of his way to make sure that I made the right choice when ordering my food at the store, he talked me through the toppings on the pizzas and even gave me a few recommendations. Will be coming in more often. ??
