I worked for them as delivery driver for 2 days and not get paid. Most of the companies are paying even for induction. They give me Uniform used by some one else and was not even washed. Owner lady is too much bossy and can not tolerate. Keep away from them.

I ordered online pizza for the cup final waited two hours didn’t arrive. Called the bamber bridge branch to be told they were very busy and would be another 45 minutes. At this point I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I have still not received this. Spoke to branch four times now getting different people all promising to organise the refund I have emailed head office thru have replied to say they will investigate my complaint but still waiting. I have been a regular customer but will not be using them again. My order was only £19.98 but I have paid for food I did not receive. Very anoyed customer at the moment.

Food good but I don't like the delivery drivers wearing masks over their chin and breathing over you when they deliver. Don't they know their chin isn't a hazard!!!

Normally we love Domino's in Bamber Bridge but tonight, instead of delivering 14 chicken strips which I paid £9.99 for, they sent 7, worth only £4.99. I therefore rang up and told them of the mistake and thought to save them, and us, hassle, I asked for a refund of £4.99 for the missing strips. They instead said they would send the remaining 7 strips out to me within 40 minutes. 4 hours later......they finally arrived and were delivered by the same guy who simply shrugged his shoulders when I said, well its a bit late for them to arrive now! They were stone cold and clearly had been forgotten about so went straight in the bin. And I'm still £5 down but can't be bothered with the hassle of complaining again so instead will boycott them from now on. Well done Domino's in Bamber Bridge, you've just lost a long standing customer tonight! Really disappointed!

Love the pizza but it's way too expensive! That's why I stopped ordering.
This branch used to be better than it is now. Hardly any pizza toppings on the pizzas sometimes, which is ridiculous for the prices. Also several times I’ve ordered and paid for extra dips and not received them. Could be better.

Ordered a collection. Was made in time. Got back the pizza was wrong. Rang up was on hold for 20 minutes until they bothered. The man said 10 minutes he'll make another. Got there 10 minutes later and sat waiting for another 20 minutes. This time they got it right apart from the raw bacon. And had to finish cutting it myself. Not what you expect when you pay so much for a pizza.

I ordered my food online using their app for collection, I then rang ahead prior to the food being cooked and asked if they could change it to a delivery. They were more than happy to comply and the food arrived piping hot and on time. Couldn't ask for more. Good on ya
