We found Flapjacks about two years ago whilst out on a bike ride. It's a sandwich shop /cafe with indoor and outdoor seating.It's a fabulous place. Food fantastic and coffee very good. People lovely.Only minor problem is getting a table inside if the weather is bad since it is limited by its size. Anyway when we went last week we called ahead and booked a table.

I travel over 50 miles a day to dine at this fine establishment. The food fills me with joy, the service fills me with love, the ambiance fills me with ambition. Michelle runs the shop like a well oiled machine, the guys in the kitchen are sensational and the simply beautiful soul of Freckleton Joellen keeps you on your toes. The lady serving was extremely rude, slouched on counter with her back to us and said "What do we want!" I started to order and my autistic son changed his mind to which she tutted and shook her head. The other staff luckily were lovely especially the lady wearing glasses. The food and drink were also nice, shame this one lady let them down.
