This was our first visit to Himalayan Monal but it won't be our last. We were interested to see what was different with Nepalese food. The menu was interesting with a mix of Nepalese/Himali specialities and also some southern Indian and Chinese dishes. After talking with our waiter, we opted for a chicken Himali special curry and a paneer and spinach curry with mushroom rice and a special Himali naan. Everything was really good and the portions were just right.

When I first discovered the place, I knew it won’t disappoint. Just the taste I crave home away from home. And location is just right in the heart of the city for foodies. My Top picks-Lamb biryani, Dhosa, Pav Bhaji, Dumplings, Butter Chicken & Garlic Naan. Everything else tastes amazing too!

I have never eaten here before and so glad we decided to give it a whirl. Warmer greeted and picked a table. Server polite and friendly. We ordered a mix of starters and curry plus Nann breads. All very tasty and delicious! Spice levels just right. Highly recommended this place. Such a gem. Great mix of flavours. Shall be back!
