Myself and my partner love this place. We have ordered from Lola many times before and the food has always been amazing. The staff are very kind and the food is always fresh and hot when it arrives. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from which makes this a regular place for me and my partner as he is vegan and it’s hard to find places that cater to both. Highly recommend the egyptian garlic bread and the Feteer pizza. My partner recommends the vegan spaghetti and meatballs. The portion sizes are large and well worth the price, considering the prices are cheap. I cannot recommend this place enough. A hidden gem in my opinion!

First time trying this restaurant as a takeaway, ordered hummus and pitta which both looked and tasted like shop bought. Cheese garlic bread was so hard and stale it was inedible, the bit we did manage was clear there was no garlic on it. Vegan curry was just vegetables in pasatta no flavour at all. Shwarma chicken, wow definitely the worst I have had, no flavor and actually pink chicken so stopped eating half way through, very small portion too. Good job really! And for this we waited well over an hour for delivery. Worst takeaway we have ever had which is surprising as the reviews are so good.

Food was very good and tasty but they didnt take off the 20% for takeaway as offered on the menu. Had to go back and ask for it then was told he didnt know how yo do it!! Not good when advertised will be more mindful to check.

Had a lovely evening at Lola which is a traditional Egyptian Restaurant situated at 119 London Road in Preston. The food was amazing, freshly cooked, lots of distinctive flavours and very reasonably priced. The owner was running the establishment single handed tonight due to staff shortages but he excelled in taking orders in the restaurant, cooking all the food, whilst at the same time taking orders over the phone for the take-away side of the business. That was multi-tasking at its very best as the food was absolutely delicious. The place opens around 3.00pm till 10.30pm on a Sunday and 5.00pm 11.30pm rest of the week but stays open till midnight Friday and Saturday evenings. Would recommend the Queen Mixed Kebab which was a selection of chicken, lamb and Pork served on a bed of salad and the Nefertiti Chicken Grill which was a freshly cooked chicken beast stuffed with parsley, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese covered in a tomato sauce served on a bed of mixed spicy rice and salad. Both dishes were superb and both under a tenner each. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with middle eastern music playing in the background which compliments the place. It's lovely and clean with the tables well spaced out for privacy. Will be back again when next staying in Preston.

This place is fantastic for vegan and vegetarian food. There’s a great range and they even do vegan cheese. The decorations inside give it a whimsical feel and is unlike any other place in preston. The food is always fresh and delicious. I would recommend to anyone. The portion sizes are also very generous so it’s great value for money!

The food was out off date and smelled funny, food didnt match the price at all, we ordered a pizza and we saw a guy comming with the pizza from a normal takeaway, chips were very salty. took 1 hour to get our food. whole family left hugry.
