This branch of macdonalds is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the nicest one in Preston.

Didn't receive my full order on delivery, when I rang them, I was told it's not their problem and to get a refund from the delivery company even though it was a failing by Macdonald's....how hard is 2 plain cheese burgers, fries, chicken pieces and a curry dip....not a big order to get wrong and have items missing!\\nOh and 'Just Eat', said we don't do refunds....oh basically I've been stolen from.

Went for lunch today to riversway macdonalds preston. The service and food there is second to non. Well done to David for providing excellent customer service.

It's important if you order food from just eat or uber beware of this drivers when this car registration number drivers deliver food as they got multipal accounts with just eat and uber and picking multipal deliverys at same time from mcdonalds especially from mcdonalds rivers way an they delivering cold food to customers. I've already informed mcdonalds rivers way manager( Gareth Nixon ) but he doesn't seems to be bothered. My order was missing a coffee Latte when I checked it so I rang the manager who said it would be delivered with my main order and there would only be I delivery charge. Both came separately and was charged delivery on both ie £7.49 for a coffee Latte the manager just wasn’t bothered and didn’t seem to know how to deal with it because I booked through Uber eats. Make sure your order is correct before sending as it seems once ordered it can’t be adjusted well it can but this manager clearly didn’t know how to.

Good for a city centre mackies. No shakes or ice creams though which was disappointing and service was a little slow. Other than that business as usual. Good effort

Decided on a brekkie after an early appt with my son. Muffins looked like it had been made at a chimps tea party. Latte was horrid tasting. Seems people putting food together hate their job. No quality control whatsoever.

It's McDonald's, what do you expect? I guess one good feature of this specific one is that the kiosks for the drive thru have a split so they can focus on two lanes at a time, but they meet up anyway. What can I really post here, if you eat at McDonald's then this is one.

Placed order on the McDonald's app and the food was ready when I arrived. Will definitely use the app again.

On this visit I didn't buy anything, I used the facilities to change my nephew's nappy. While I was doing this my partner bought us a hot drink, and she was ready with them by the time I was done, so I presume that the service was nice a quick. In general, the restaurant looked really clean and tidy, so I would happily eat here. [Will update this review when I have had a full, proper visit]

Mc Donald near the docks is good worth the trip and enjoy eating at the docks with a good view and chill..
