Rang to see what offers they had on was told 11.99 for XXL, asked if this was for delivery told yes, said I would ring back when I have devices what I want, rang back and got an extremely unhelpful gentleman who sighed when I said I wanted to place an order then was told it would be £23.98!! Needless to say I wouldn’t pay double the price and won’t waste my time bothering to order from here again.

Fantastic pizza and brilliant service. Ordered an XXL pizza and some sides on the app at a great price, and was ready in around 20 mins. The employee at the counter was very friendly when I came to collect. Fantastic.

AVOID!!!! The staff are utter Scumbags. Items missing from the order adding to the not one, but two cold pizzas delivered. Called the restaurant, absolutely no care whatsoever and was advised to put the Pizza’s in the oven if they was cold. FYI I live 10 mins from the shop.

Papa John At Prescot road is the worst place to order food.Beware.Rude staff.Waited for over 2hours they kept posting me .i paid for delivery and they refused to send a request to cancell the order. beware........horrible.

Ordered online but the “New” driver couldn’t find our address. Pizzas arrived luke warm and soggy. The manager was supposed to send out replacement fresh pizzas as compensation but they never arrived. Just awful service.

Very good pizza, but the guy who took my order seemed to have a very poor grasp of English and struggled to understand my order.Also would have been £2 cheaper to order online (and ironically avoid the issues when ordering) but their website doesn't allow you to do half and half on the full range of pizzas.

Almost 2 hours waiting for 1 pizza delivery, no update on the tracking website, almost half an hour ringing...they don't pick up the phone... don't know what's going to happen with the money....AVOIDEdit: 2h30min still hasn't arrived and no answer from restaurant.Edit2: 2h45 min it finally arrived. "It's too busy" that's the answer to my complaints. No reason to why not answering the phone or even call me when I placed the order to tell me that it might take a while... absolutely awful service

Previously stopped going here as the quality was pretty atrocious recently and had gone downhill with next to no toppings and luke warm food. However, we gave it another try yesterday and got the best pizzas we've had from here, on par with the first ones we got around a year ago which were also fantastic.The vegan cheese stuffed crust from here is really nice and the vegan cheese they use is also lovely. Makes me feel less left out due to not being able to eat dairy! Lots of toppings and was piping hot too and good options for vegans/vegetarians.My partner's pizza also had lots of toppings and was piping hot.Dietary restrictions: Vegan cheese available and vegan stuffed crust.Vegan/vegetarian options for toppings.
