Visited this premier inn on numerous occasions always very clean and smells nice, the staff are always helpful here kelly a member of staff has made us feel very welcome on our visits and provided us with more coffee and extra towels and was very happy to help us thankyou great service
Perfect Premier Inn stopover on the way to Scotland. Friendly staff on reception (Adil, I think was his name) and very quiet room. Nice meal in the restaurant next door. Again, friendly staff. A few niggles with the service (waited a long time for our drinks, mistakenly charged for food that should have been included in the meal deal and no vegetarian sausages for breakfast) Overall a positive experience, but slightly let down by the service in the restaurant.
