Yesterday I was extremely unwell after consuming a chia cream Frappuccino from here. It started with horrific stomach pain and a chemical taste in my mouth. I’m better today, but wish I’d have gone to hospital.I’m sure that there was some kind of cleaning product or cleaning tablet in my drink. I’ve had this exact same drink from other places several times, and there’s never been a problem. Absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

The coffee was great! However, the staff on duty when I was there at 2pm on Thursday, 1st February 2024. Where friendly enough, BUT they were far too busy chatting amongst themselves behind the counter and NOT clearing or cleaning tables! The customers were having to do this themselves! This is EXTREMELYPOOR!! And I won't be rushing back as a result!

First time in this Starbucks. Staff were friendly and polite. The 2 cheese and ham toasties we had were nice with lots of filling. The coffees were goods and the service was very prompt.Would go again.

Ordered a cheese toastie which was limp and soggy, more like warm bread. Coffee was same as any Starbucks, passable. Floor was dirty, no welcome or smile from staff - all in all not an experience I'll be repeating any time soon.

Carnage. Its like sheep on a conveyor belt wating for a drink. They serve everyone way to fast so everyone gets squashed in the corner waiting to collect. You fall over each other and step on toes trying to get your drink when its finally ready. Its a relatively small starbucks aswell so seating is a challenge. System in store needs a good reviewStaff are great cant fault them
