Nice staffEdit: used to have nice staff, place has gone down hill, closing the toilet for cleaning while you have indoor seating? Shouldn’t that be done when the place is closed? Good job I didn’t have a medical condition so now got to walk all the way home to use the toilet, pathetic..

Wanted a chicken wrap with chicken nachos as stuffing in the wrap.staff refused to put chicken nachos in oven before they make a wrap and they made a wrap with sauce toppings of my chosen wrapped in paper and then put in oven for a while the wrap tasted like I was eating

Great sandwiches and great service! it can be a bit quite so sometimes it's unsure whether it's open or not, but overall a good atmosphere and very clean. plenty of space for eating in and some outdoor seats as well. if you do come in later (past 5-ish) and there are no cookies on display, try asking as they have them in the back sometimes!will visit again Vegetarian options: veggie patty available

Went to the subway near Greggs. Hygiene was bad as I just watched while I was in the queue. The lad was wearing gloves but didn't see the point. Because he was pressing screen on the till handling money. Then with same gloves on handling the salad ect. So I decided not to bother. Very unhygienic

It may be because im from a different country and my idea of experience with Subways is based on that. I just dont think the service,nor food prepared at this location is what I would expect. It was wrapped in a messy way and my sandwich was falling apart. Again I cant expect much of a sandwich but that was not what I believe just because of the location the standards and service could be that different.

On 3rd May, visited subway, ordered 2 sandwiches and potatoes and employee who took our order said, we can't order potatoes because place is too busy today. Literally there was only 1 customer behind us. During order one specific employee, who took order gave really bad service and treated us and other customers really bad. Why people work in restaurant industry when they don't know how to serve customers.

Quality is as standard in all venues. Seemed to be a little short staffed and frazzled, but didn't not affect the food.

The food was ok but one thing I was furious about was how filthy our table was. All I can think was a builder sat there before us because it was covered in grit like dirt, I mean really filthy.

Wasn't in Subway long, only wanted a coffee which was served promptly and paid for with points. Didn't have to follow the sandwich queue.

Subway never seems as busy as some fast food places but their sandwiches are delicious and they also cater extremely well for vegans.This store on Fishergate in Preston has some internal seating and the staff are really friendly and helpful.I had a vegan teriyaki sub with loads of salad.The breads, baked in store, are appealing and the sandwich was much better value than buying one of the posh sandwiches at a supermarket.

The woman working in this establishment charged me £10 for my 6 inch sandwich, and when I returned to get my money back her apology was extremely unprofessional. I am utterly bewildered by how she managed to make such a colossal mistake, my frustration furthered by how she shooed me out when she first gave me my change and I made a confused face at her, not allowing me to correct her mistake until I returned. I have not been here since in fear of her being responsible for my (underfilled, may I add) sandwich as well as the money in my wallet.
