I requested a breakwich wrap, with the contents toasted.At my usual store, this is done by using a silicone container and placing the protein and cheese in that, however it was just slapped on deli paper then once toasted dumped onto the wrap without any thought. This resulted in most of the cheese being lost (thankfully, more on that later).As it wasn’t prepared correctly I ended up with my wrap divided into sections instead of getting a bit of each part every bite. All the bacon is in one bite. All the egg was in one bite. Both halves of sausage was on top of each other. The hash browns had a weird taste, almost like they weren’t cooked.The staff member put about 6 lines of sauce instead of the standard 3 lines resulting in a saucy mess. My requested salad was dumped in the middle of the wrap and not spread evenly.It is a Wednesday and I noticed the wraps had a Tuesday label on them.The cambros in the counter were messy, with cross contamination everywhere. Scoops were not used for cheese and sweetcorn, so I ended up with too much cheese (I requested half a scoop, thankfully most of this was stuck to paper) and too much corn (probably 2 scoops worth, standard portion is half a scoop)My local subway is always busy, but after visiting this subway on my travels, I can see why subway has a poor reputation.On a separate visit, I only got a cappuccino. I did not get any chocolate on it, as standard. There was an odd flavour to this too, that I’ve never tasted at my local subway. I hope the milk was not bad.Cleanliness: very poor. Gloves were kept on at the till, and the till was visibly dirty from the other side of the counter. Subwrap was kept right in front of the counter on a tray, with anyone being able to touch it. There was a layer of grime on most surfaces behind the counter particularly around the coffee machine area. The floor was muddy, probably because there was no mat for people to use. The glass screen on counters was grubby. The door handle was filthy, This is a modern style subway, why do they not have automatic doors???The knives at the start of the counter were also particularly grubby.I realise this is a particularly long review about a subway, but it is what it is. I’ll stick to Liverpool road store in Southport. That is what a subway should be.Dietary restrictions: As scoops are not used, it’s not easy to calculate intake.Wheelchair accessibility: With no automatic doors, wheelchair access could be an issue.

awful. me and my friends went in and the worker, julie started shouting at us to get out if we aren’t going to buy anything. my friends said we are buying something and then she rolled her eyes.we felt really uncomfortable and we discussed weather we should eat inside or walk home. we then went to order and julie shouted at us again to take our bags off the table as people are going to eat there. we weren’t the only people there with our bags on the table. we felt very targeted. when i went over to our table it had left over bread and peices of lettice and mayonnaise on it. she’s complaining that our bags are dirty but then it doesn’t matter anyway as they should clean the tables. wouldn’t reccomend. sack julie. as you can see in the photo attached my friend is very upset and has now gone mute. she is unable speak now thanks to julie.Kid-friendliness: they aren’t very nice to teenage girls as they seem to be quite jelous.

Previously had a bad experience here but my experience today was 180 degrees. Ordered online and collected all ready to go. Melt was delicious and just the right balance and still warm when I got home. The Xmas brie and bacon is a must if you like those things! Only one regret wish I'd made it a foot long cause it was that good!

Long story short, I initially ordered through uber eats and my meal said it had been delivered but had not arrived. It turned out that someone had impersonated me and took the food!!I spoke to a lovely lady at Subway who said she would re-make the food for me and she even threw in some cookies for the inconvenience. I can’t fault the staff, they were all great. Thank you for being so helpful the food was fab?

Hadn't had a subway in ages.A 6" sub and a coffee £7.18 is ridiculous and didn't taste great. Get yourself to McDonald's or anywhere in fact.

Went in this morning, served by a lovely young lady, she was kind, patient and over all outstanding. I'm glad to see how not only the staff have improved but the cleanliness and standards have, will be recommending to all family and friends.

Staff at this store are friendly and was patient taking my order. Not only did the food taste great but was made up to the standards i expected. Store was nice and clean.
