Ate both evening meal and breakfast here during our stay at the spa hotel. Lovely food, brilliant service. Didn't get the waiters name at evening meal but he was great. (Looked like Jurgen Klopp)Definitely will visit again soon.

The best meal I ever had. The food was absolutely wonderful, beautifully presented and crafted with great care. The staff, especially our waiter Les were very attentive and especially caring of my intolerance which was brilliant as someone who usually struggles to find a range of suitable options at restaurants. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.Dietary restrictions: Every meal was checked by the staff and alternatives provided when it an ingredient was not suitable.

Nice venue and staff quite friendly but the afternoon tea is very disappointing. At this price point I would expect better quality.

Beautiful food the cheese soufflé was amazing so full of flavour and the steak ciabatta so soft not chewy as all and very tender. Highly recommend especially after the spa experience.

Fabulous overnight stay with dinner, bed & breakfast with access to thermaspa and treatments. Value for money, excellent food, fabulous staff and beautiful spa. Had a back massage which was great. Stayed with two friends- we had a lovely suite. Can’t recommend enough

We booked this spa break as a last minute deal, which included dinner, bed and breakfast and spa access for both days. From the minute we checked in with Libby, we knew it was going to be special. We’ve been really well looked after, and such a gorgeous spa. The dining experience was fabulous too. Thank you for a lovely stay - well be back

My friend and I booked a 2 bedroom suite to celebrate a ‘big’ birthday. It was fabulous. We had the Thermal Spa treatment which was lovely and relaxing, then dinner in the restaurant which was also very good. Everywhere was very clean, Elemis toiletries, free fresh milk and water in the fridge. The birthday card left in the room from the staff and the birthday treats at dinner were very much appreciated. The best bit were the staff. Every member of staff we came into contact with was friendly and pleasant ( and knew what they were doing!). A very enjoyable stay.

Good bits - clean and spacious lodge, plenty of play areas for the grandchildren, kids entertainment OK. Bad bits - No instructions to use heating or any appliances in the lodge, half the pool was cordoned off during our swim session and most importantly the Wi-Fi. The Unifi system installed took several goes to log on every time we wanted to use it, the username and password from the email harvesting page didn't work and we got no reply from the "support" site until after we had returned home. As a result we had to hotspot the kid's ipads and use up lots of data from a very weak 4G signal. This should have been better with the equipment installed.

From the moment I arrived for the 2 day Pilates Retreat I received nothing but excellent service. ALL staff go above and beyond and are extremely polite and professional My room was spotless and spacious. The food was delicious breakfast lunches and dinner. The spa was spotless and not crowded Lots of areas to relax Natalie was the most perfect Pilates teacher Great voice, clear instructions and good sense of humour. I had gone on my own but soon made friends with the group ( 14) and had an amazing time. The experience was perfect especially the Ariel Pilates which I wasn’t expecting

What an amazing experience. The staff are all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was gorgeous, and the room was so big, clean, and furnished at a high standard. Having fresh milk in the fridge was a lovely change from other hotels. The thermal journey was really good, except trying to use everything. The Jacuzzis were packed and really struggled getting in one. When we did, the water was a bit murky because people were walking around barefooted and then going into the water with dirty feet. Hygiene people, please. We never got to use the heated Balanisian loungers. The food was absolutely gorgeous, and the waiter we had in The Orangery was absolutely brilliant. He was so friendly and informative. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a gift for my husband and my silver wedding anniversary and what a gift.

Hotel - luxury room had lovely finishes and touches, very clean and comfortable. It felt just modern enough without clashing with the more classic aesthetic. Spa - the spa itself is stunning, we stayed on a Monday/Tuesday so it didn’t feel crowded and the staff were trying to encourage guests to follow the thermal experience which does prevent crowding. Plenty of options available though if you’re not too fond of some facilities, the spa staff overall were so helpful and friendly. Plenty of products for sale too, very nice if you want to treat yourself. I had a facial with Basia (10/10, the best facial I’ve had!) and my partner had a great hot stone massage with Sophie. I would definitely recommend splurging on a treatment as the staff are experts. Dinner - the food was delicious, brilliant choice of wines/drink. The team were also very friendly and quick to take orders/clear up etc. I booked using a voucher and Rachel made that an absolute breeze, so that’s nothing to worry about if you’ve got a voucher. Overall this was a fantastic experience for us, the staff truly made it a lovely experience and they’re an asset to the hotel, we’d definitely come back and I would recommend the experience to anyone.
