I always wanted to try this Caribbean restaurant every time I came to Preston, but I never got around to it. This time I finally got a chance to try turtle bay. Rum BBQ Ribs with coconut rice, Jerk Pit Wings and sweet potato fries are what I ordered. The cuisine is completely different from European cuisine and tastes very novel. This is definitely not to say that this restaurant is not delicious, on the contrary, the food at this restaurant is outstanding. Both the Jerk series and Rum BBQ series have a spicier flavor, with Rum BBQ being spicier in comparison. At the same time, there are notes of complex spices and garlic. All in all, it was a very unique and delicious flavor that surprised me, who is tired of European cuisine. A very good restaurant, worth visiting again. Also which is great considering this restaurant has a chain in many cities across the UK.Special thanks to Jess H for your service! Spent a wonderful lunch time here.
