AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Ordered 6 pizzas, was told it would be delivered in 40 mins, after an hour I phoned again and was told it was on its way. A further 40 mins they eventually turned up. 2 of the pizzas weren't even edible. They obviously use pre-made pizza bases from a factory, 2 of the pizzas the dough was flat uncooked and disgusting. I phoned and complained, the so called 'cook' tried to deny the fact they weren't cooked. I told them they could take these back and see for themselves. A further 40 mins after the our order arrived the 2 replacements eventually turned up, no apologies, nothing extra to compensate. Would never use this place again, had better pizzas from freezer shops costing less than a quid!!PS Totally agree with other reviewers that the good reviews must be from the owners/friends/family etcDo not waste your money here!!

I previously ordered food! Absolute terrible service! Took over an hour to turn up was told on the phone there was 'too much traffic', this is at 10 to 6pm! It is now 25 to 8...food finally gets here& ive paid cash...the hash browns i ordered did not turn up...i finish my food around 15 minutes ago...and i rang the restaurant to tell them my hash browns didnt turn up; i am currently still waiting for the hash browns but when i just phoned up i was told the traffic is bad once again. I was spoken to so rudely down phone. I am disgusted as a paying customer to be treated like this. I understand it being a friday night...but if youve ordered food and paid already and something off the order has been forgotton surely you are 1st priority to send that item out to the paying customer. I rated this place one star. But wish i could rate it zero!! Disgusting.
Very satisfied with the food and all fam enjoyed it.it was made to our flavour will be ordering again.

Constant getting the order wrong and calling me a liar!!! Also not cooking chicken right so i have to keave half my food. Knobheads n need closing down. Had enough will not be going again. Shame i cant give you no stars. Plus... The good ratings are from friends and staff!!

Absolutely disgusting food I will never go there again, I used 2 like dixys food but this has put me off, we ate in & we got chicken portions & also a chicken fillet sandwich I dnt know what was on the sandwich but was definately not a fillet of chicken it was a small round patty of mainly breadcrumbs & so i left it I also got some chips but they didn't have potato in they were just full of air the chicken was really dry & to top it off I got some coleslaw what they expected me 2 eat it with I will never know as they didn't possess any kind of fork or spoon eventually they gave me a big dessertspoon obviously something they use maybe for cooking or something. I will most definately not be eating at any dixy chicken again
