Excellent food. Excellent staff & service too! Its good to have you back Mondello’s! Best penne aribiatta i have had in a long time. Food served piping hot & tasty. I was told sea bass was excellent too! So glad it is back on form! 5 stars all round! We will be back!

came here for an evening meal as we were staying not far away for the weekend! food and service was amazing, could not be faulted, staff were very accommodating even tho they were busy!! we wish we lived closer, if we are ever up this way again we will deffo be back!

I wrote a review a couple of years ago. Just re-read it. It was excellent, a great evening with my wife and her family. This vist however was a bit different. There was the same six people. Five of the meals were the usual excellent standard but one which just happened to be mine was well bellow par. The Lasagne was cold. When it was returned to me it was still not hot enough. This can happen anywhere. The response from the Chef/owner was very defensive looking for excuses. All that is needed is, sorry. Not a discussion on the matter. This disappointed me as all the other meals were excellent. The way it was handled was bad. I can say that the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Because of this I will be returning some time in the future, it hasn't put me off. Everyone has an off day. Just be honest.

Our fourth visit as a party of six. Staff amazing…So welcoming and nothing too much Excellent with the children and good childrens menu. We have eaten delicious pizzas and pastas The main courses have all been good …my personal favourite the hanging kebab. My last visit was Sunday and we had the Sunday three course menu with wine….excellent value.

We visited Mondellos on a weekend evening - 2 adults ans 2 kids. We called maybe 20/30 minutes before we drove up to make sure we have a table when we arrivedWe read mixed reviews whikst decidig where to go and were really pleasantly surprised that that the staff were amazing and the food is really good.The young lady minding the area we were sat in was so nice and communicated very well.Food portions are just right and the flavours are really good in all the dishes we ordered.Definitely going back again
