The Asda superstore is one of the best superstores you could possibly go to as they have a wide selection of items with appropriate isles for children and adult items and the staff is lovely here with a self checkout and I very much recommend this place

Awful experience almost every time I go in there , staff constantly blocking isles and not moving to allow customers to pass . Self service staff to busy speaking and laughing with eachother when there's numerous people waiting for them.Now they've merged the ciggies stand and customer service so you end up waiting 40-50 minutes in a queue when you want something small like a sandwich or a drink because someone at the front has a complaint .I'd advise just going to the wigan store and avoiding this one.

A very poorly stocked Asda often has empty shelves with boxes strewn around, The store is dated and dirty and while there are some very good staff others spend ages talking to each other and ignoring customers.

Terrible service. I explain the situation. My partner and I came in to make a purchase. There was beer in our basket. I'm 28 years old, I look 32. She's 24. They asked for documents, I showed them. My partner's documents were left in the car. Rain on the street. The angry woman said that we both should have documents since we are together. I paid for the purchase with my card, my partner just stood next to me. The angry woman took the beer, we had to go out, walk through the rain and come back with documents. I didn't hear an apology. I have a receipt for the purchase. I have a question, if I go to a store with my 5-year-old son and there is alcohol in my cart, will they not sell it to me, because we are together with our son? Just trash and a spoiled impression. I do not recommend this ASDA.

Getting much worse. Cashiers replaced by self service tills in the morning. Customers can't move freely for staff moving stock about. Lot of short date stuff.

Unable to access rewards on phone this afternoon and a young assistant called Ruby went the extra care to help sort my issue out.Ruby deserves a big thanks from me.Nothing was too much trouble for her.Thank you Ruby x

Never seen the shop look so dirty there's no cleaners anymore the shelves there's all empty boxes your lucky if there's two people on the tills the shop it's self smells and now you have to have a pound for the trolley but you can't get your pound back at the trolley parks around the car park you have to walk back to the entrance to put your trolley back and get your pound it's a joke out side looks so scruffy never seen a shop go down so much loads of staff have gone it needs sorting out ???

Asda is fine but why is petrol cheaper in other areas and why is it agreeing to put up prices
