Iceland has managed to keep the price of its range of budget ready meals at the pre Covid £1.00 even though the cost of living crisis that has followed and recently added new meals to its range.
Only called in for one item ended up with eleven, need a bigger freezer ??? excellent customer service from the Lady on the checkout, friendly and helpful. Great store in a bad location, needs to move from the shopping centre it is in at the moment

Went to the Skelmersdale branch, had exactly what I needed, great choice of fresh & frozen food. Extremely rude lady on the till Bianca needs to do customer service refresher training, don't know if it was because it was Christmas Eve and it was busy... bit she wasn't very pleasant
