Always clean & very busy. Staff are welcoming & friendly. Food nice & hot! Quick service. Parking available. Wheelchair friendly. ♿️ might find it hard to park at busier times.Right next to The Concourse shopping mall.Vegetarian options: There are tasty vegetarian options available.Parking: Hard to park at busier times for example school run.Kid-friendliness: The staff are kind & friendly. They do free face painting & arts n crafts with children on some Saturdays.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor throughout with disabled toilets.

Delivered half made burger(missing half), half empty boxes of chips tasted like fish dont know how, other burgers came as if someone through them into the box from a couple of meters away and came as a plain burger. I've had it bad before but this was next level ?

We went for bacon rolls, When we checked our order, the order was wrong. We asked for no sauce. One roll had brown on it,the other had tomato!!

Now McDonald's is McDonald's- you know what you're getting. But this is beyond any doubt, the best McDonalds I've ever been to. The food is always hot and fresh, it is always clean and there are always activities available for the kids - colouring, balloons, flags, even the ipads actually work! The staff are amazing and they always go the extra mile to help, especially Lee!

I ordered 3 burgers, 3 fries, and 3 drinks using the McDonald's app. Used the collection service as I had a one year old child with me in the car. When I got home I was missing 1 burger and 1 fries, unable to go back to correct as my baby had fallen asleep.Disappointed my meal was missing, but at least the rest of my family was able to eat. I'll have to triple check they've got my order correct in the future.The girl that brought the food was kind, and it didn't take too long. The app seems fairly straightforward, but doesn't want to load past the big yellow 'M' unless I close down the app and retry a couple of times. A little bit annoying as I was trying to get up my verification details up when I saw her walking over and it wouldn't load.

Had to repeat about 6 times on the intercom as there was to busy talking to the friends, then when my chickin wrap came they forgot to put my large chips ? I asked for so had to park up and go in store. Wasn't very nice after waiting 10mins for my meal then the missed a item off. Very disappointed

Just got delivery it arrived not happy food cold,mccrisp delux had no onion bacon and chicken so hard cudnt eat it disgusting ,when am in work (hospital)me and all my collegues always order from here but wont be again and i will also be telling my collegues frim others wards not to as well this order cost us £42 and couldnt eat terrible to be sending food out like this.

The food looks like it is thrown together...quality is lacking! Food not wrapped properly! Staff need training as they haven't a clue...Worst Macdonalds ever!

Every time I've been without exception, ive need to pull up and wait for our food, had the experience where they didn't bring the food out and had to go in to get it which defeats the whole objective of being a drive through!Twice now, we have been given the wrong food and had to go in and exchange it. It certainly doesn't add up to "fast food" such a shame as the staff have been friendly and very apologetic, something is going wrong somewhere!! Understaffed, maybe?

When i arrived, the restaurant was filled with pre-teens who were running amok. Shoving each other and then shoving other customers in their crossfire. Including myself, finding it amusing, with no staff members intervening. The staff were focused on removing the teenagers who were not causing problems at the time. I ordered meals using a kiosk, with customised burgers (which will be addressed later), and apple pies for dessert. The first issue was that the kiosk did not give out a receipt. This happens too often in this store. When my number was called, I was informed there was only one apple pie in the bag. Only after I stated I had paid for two, the server told me that I could have another dessert item because more apple pies would be four minutes. I was not being given the option to wait for the second apple pie until I instructed the server to keep the rest of the food warm while I waited for the second apple pie I had paid for, to which I was given a very disgruntled look.When I arrived home, I found that the double quarter pounder that I had customised for my autistic son to have no pickle had one pickle on the top, one pickle on the bottom, half a slice of cheese, and no mustard. I have received incorrect orders from this restaurant on numerous occasions, and have witnessed others who have been to the drive thru having to come into the restaurant because parts of their orders are wrong. Missing, or cold.

Very hot and miss , I only use drive thru at a breakfast time . Always have to drive round again or park up and wait . Eggs or hash browns not ready . Staff are brilliant and helpful

I was served by Lewis today. It was quite a large order with different preferences. Amazing. Lewis was so kind and went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. A super star ?

Must be worst McDonald's in world.So slow, no food ready at 12:00 on a Saturday ( unless your an uber driver)Really poor service for drive through customers and food is never hot.
