Stale bread and unfriendly tattooed male member of Staff.All they have to do is serve a basic sandwich and be nice yet somehow that's hard work and they're doing you a favour!! Really strange

I guess they just employ anybody nowadays, customer services is very bad, gave my misses a funny look because she was looking at the menu. Just the way the girl was speaking was just in a horrible tone.The way she's spoke to me and spoke to the other customers it makes you wonder.I think in general mersey side people are just rude.

The sandwich looked like it had been in a car crash and i sat in to eat mine so the staff definitely need training as half of the ingredients fell out when I unwrapped it.Definitely the worst subway I've been too.

You can have anything you want, as long as it is not the salsa, you only get that with a special sandwich

What a pile of rubbish this place is nearly no filling in my sub put sauce on my sub when it states no sauce missed my drink an two muffins

Went today asked for cheese an ham didnt put much cheese on .So said can you put some more on said will charge for it Thought wow never been asked that before all time its been open tight they are and got coffee not even full was like where rest of it

Ordered online and I guess they weren't happy at all cause the hash browns were STONE COLD UNCOOKED and the sandwiches were freezing

Full of mongs. If you order something online and it's not available in store. Instead of letting you know they take it upon themselves and guess what you woukd like as a replacement.Order from here if you want a random sandwich that you didn't order.

Appalling food, the service was ok by a pleasant young girl.However no idea how to make the sandwich & likewise wrapping the food as a takeaway was a disaster.
