For the second time in the last month, I have ordered from Dukes, the last time I waited over an hour for the food yo arrive. They explained that they were busy, tonight I placed an order at 6.10pm, I rang at 7.40, they said the driver will be outside , I am writing this at 8.25 and still no food has arrived. I would give no stars if I could, this business is appalling, I will never order from them again,

Here on holiday the delivery was quick food was lovely got a free garlic bread which was nice, driver was very polite fab service thanks

Got a doner kebab very disappointment as got no salad whatsoever and was cold wont be going back

Quite not bad. Garlic bread was a bit too greasy for my partner and could be maybe more sauces on burgers, the chips were a bit dry but nothing major. Nice takeaway, would order again, food was hot and fast. I loved their kebab even though some pieces were a bit too chewy and had bits that had to spit out.

Normally not problem with them foods good tasty but tonight order calzone one there friends came in went into the kitchen was puttin his hand in the donner meat container no tongues just his hands plus his hand in the salad. Friends or not they should off said something but dint hopfully it don't happen again

Can’t believe I’m writing this as Dukes used to be one of our favourites! We made a big order which consisted of nuggets-burnt! Donner kebab-meat all rock hard, chips-over cooked. Phoned the restaurant to complain and new order was sent out, didn’t take any notice or the dietary requirements, and the food that was delivered (the second time) was also burnt!

Never had any issues with dukes before, always super quick delivery and amazing food. But tonight i ordered a single chicken kebab and a bottle of pepsi, ordered at 7:14pm. Its now 8:55pm and have yet to receive my order.

Rang on Saturday night, never had a problem until today, usually great service. Was told 45 mins as Saturday night, usually on time. Waited 2 hrs and on arrival a rude driver just saying we busy. Sent away as not paying as already eaten. We always use you but will be going elsewhere now
