Wow what amazing customer service... just called to place an order over the phone and the guy was just brilliant and even offered to drop my order off at an earlier time and for free as he lived not too far away but still he didn't need to that!! So impressed and the milkshakes are to die for too ☺️☺️

Delicious as always. The Biscoff sundae is the bestest. Loads of Nutella sauce on the milk choc cookie dough. Great selection of pick and mix. I ordered collection in error when I received a call from the shop and I explained I couldn't drive due to an illness they delivered it at no extra charge.

Today I ordered cookies with ice cream, the service was terrible and I was treated by the manager in a very rude way. The cookies arrived on cooked and the ice cream came with a hair on it, they also took a while to deliver it. I called the restaurant about the hair in the ice cream and the manager denied that the hair belonged to some of his or her employees. I asked for a refund and he only offered to give me another ice cream which I logically did not accept. I asked for his full name and he refused to give it to me and responded that I had no reason to be interested in his name, I wanted his name to complain about and he continued screaming at us and denying what had happened.

Absolutely fantastic place. Staff great, polite and very friendly. As this was our first visit we wasn't sure what to pick and they help us alot and explain in details what to choose. Waffle was delicious and ice cream full of flavour. Highly recommend.

I brought my daughter to Mr Nitros Ice Cream in Cleveleys and we were greeted by Lauren who was great with Violet, taking away and making the experience very welcoming... the ice cream and milkshakes were great and it was nice for Lauren to tell us a little bit about how the cream and ice cream is all made too!! Great experience, amazing ice cream and milkshakes and we will be coming again soon for sure ✌️

The staff were awfully rude, tried to order a milkshake and split into 2 different cups and they tried charging extra for a plastic cup. The manager then moaned about the price of living and said if we don't like it then we should get out. Don't even bother
Wow…can’t find the words to describe how beautifully tasty the desert from mr.nitros ,I heard a lot how nice from friends ,but they were rite ,the staff serving with friendly smile , and I noticed while am in the shop orders by phone and customers walking in , everything running smoothly credit to the manager there??????

Ordered 2 simple items waiting waiting and more waiting late I call up after obviously not order hi just checking up on and order oh she says we have sent it to layton bear in mind I live in poulton that not the address I enter and she goes oh erm right I go ok she ended the phone before I could even get a word out get her fired rapid quarter to 11pm sunday get her gone
